Is there any minimum duration to work in a company to encash our Unutilized EL And CL leaves during our resignation?
Mam I am 31 yrs of age I did my MMS in 2017 due to my mom health condition I have to take a break to take care of her she we alzheimer patient and my dad is also a kidney patient he go for dialysis so I waited at home but now mam I am looking for opportunities but not getting success I have worked very hard on my excel skills I have decent communication not only excel I have worked on many other skills and I am pretty much confident about myself but no one is giving a chance so bcoz only age I am not getting opportunities mam we take break by situation but by chance but no one understand this what to do and how to tackle not understanding and getting depressed
I speak very confident and in my team every one prase me for my confidence and straight forward but my voice is very high. Is this looks wrong. Please help me
I am currently working in cognizant form past 3 months for process executive post, recently I had applied for an GenC PAT off campus recruitment and at interview and application time I had mentioned my previous job profile and I had cleared all the requirements process but my offer letter is on hold. Why?
Could u please help me what to do?
Offer letter can get on hold for many reasons:
1. The project for which hiring was done went on hold or is cancelled completely
2. They got someone internally for that role
3. They interviewed someone later and found him better match, then things get into comparison
4. The approval for the position was cancelled by finance
5. They got any referral from a senior person, where they are obliged to interview that person first, so until they test him/her your offer is on hold.
6. And many other unseen reasons..
It has nothing to do with your employment history or job... now to answer your question( what to do)..you can't do much in this case, can just wait and send a weekly reminding email asking for the status... rest is on all luck.. Wish you the best, hope you get it soon!!
Higher studies or working for a good company which one can preferred 🤔
My personal opinion would be always work first and then higher studies, as by then you will realize, if at all you need the higher education.. and even if you need you will get clarity on which one you need.
But you are always free to decide basis your current situation and reasons..
