Most people don't really know how to use a shotgun for any form of combat. I worked as a reserve deputy. We kept a large capacity 870 in the patrol cars loaded. Slug in the first position for windshield penetration it was ejected if it wasn't needed. The others are buck shot
A Vietnam era personal first aid kit pouch will hold a 20 round box of 2 3/4 shotgun ammo. Slides right in. Will hang on 72 gear or slide onto a leather belt. Simple, easy, and cheap.
I use soviet mosin nagant ammo pouches for shotguns. Each compartment holds 8rds, so 16rds total. Believe it or not, the mosin nagant pouchs can fit on molle webbing.
I have the Blackhawk bandolier. It will hold 55 rounds. However I only run about 20 on it and it works out great. When I go hiking never even notice it
With My Shotgun, I Have 6 In The Tube, 1 In The Barrel, 6 On A Side Saddle/Card & A Fast 5 Stock That Hold's 5 Extra Rds, For A Total Of 18rds On The Gun...
You could go with a military style smock (like from germany or from the uk). There are Versions with a lot pouches (4 around the hip + one big on the back) not counting the other pouches. For sound controll you might want to add some kind of cloth in the pouches with the shells.
There’s an old military saying, “Ounces lead to pounds and pounds lead to pain”. If you are hunting or going off to war always count your ounces and pounds because it adds up fast and it’s best to try to stay light.

Great video we seem to think a like because I like the army surplus items and I actually have a type 63 Chinese chest rig to hold extra mags for my AK and my AR 15 and it was $10 $12 I think. Great video on the alternative to the expensive tactical you must have it ideology thank you
Good concept video. :) I would add you could sew a denim pants leg shut, hammer some gromets in the open end and put an old laptop bag strap on it and have up to 50 rounds you could throw on in a moment's notice. Or have two one with buck and one with slugs and be ready for about anything.
