- The Condor shotgun ammo pouch that holds 25 shotshells has never been demonstrated before, so here is my simple method and explanation on why it is a good option.
Check out my blog for more detail on this pouch at: doitriteak.com
Used this for 3 years of hunting so far. Still going strong.
Good demo but my only criticism is that you don't have a shotgun in your other hand. Most systems are easy to operate with two hands, they only become a pain in the ass when you're trying to get it done under pressure with one hand.
Oh, so you're not going to cry foul that I'm loading live ammo for practice?
@@doitriteak nope, not as long as the muzzle is pointed in a safe direction. But, now that you mention it, how much cooler would your video have been of it was done at the range?
However, I wasn't suggesting you actually load anything. I was just saying a review of how easy it is to strip rounds out of a pouch would differ slightly if you weren't holding the flap of the pouch up with your right hand. Don't get me wrong, I liked the review, I was just suggesting that you show that it's also possible to do with one hand.
I've done reviews like that and people whine that they didn't see enough so I compromised and showed the technique.
@@doitriteak I understand your position and did like to see the entire inside of the pouch the way you showed it. That's why I said I liked your video, it showed the pouch very well. I just think if you're video was a little longer, you could've gone back through and stripped all the rounds one handed just to show it could be done with ease... or not, I don't know. But, this is what I really look for in mag pouches, ammo pouches, ext. Can I get to my equipment while my other hand is on my gun? Same with an IFAK, can I get to shit as my other hand is holding pressure on a wound? Anyway, just something to consider, that's all.
Great Video!!! Thx
Excellent system combined with your keltec.
i am liking the idea behind this
Is it mollie mounted?
I appreciate you showing the technique that you found works best. What are your thoughts on this compared to one of those traditional bandoliers that one wears around their waist/body?
Great tutorial. Appreciate these demos.
#Chuke's-outdoor adventure: sent me.
yep
looks cumbersome..
Condor should send you a check for that review.
That would ruin the point of it
Looks cheapo airsoft
Who cares? It works.
Why? Assistant shotgunner?
The velcro kills any hope of noise discipline, and the individual holders kill any hope of speed. I just don't get it.
Stealth? You shot enough to need to reload. Stealth isn't on the menu. And the holders hold the shells in place securely instead of shaking them up like a lottery draw in a loose pouch. Less movement equals less noise and less difficulty with your loadout.
@@doitriteak I get that it is quiet. But there's the still the issue of not having a shotgun in the other hand, and slow reloads.
I'm just used to an upland bird pouch with a box of shells dumped into it. All you have to do to make it quiet is some palm pressure against the pouch. Fast reloads.
To me anyway, there are better ways to keep things quiet without sacrificing speed and complexity of reloading.
It is only complex if you fail to practice. You still have to manually quiet the pouch in yours and they freely tumble. Nothing fast about trying to figure out the position of the shells before loading. This is much better
Luckily doves don't care too much about the noise when I'm running to find a downed one and reloading at the same time.
I can't say that I've ever needed to quickly reload a full tube when stealth was an issue.
By the time I'm reloading. I've already cleared the tube and my side saddles. The cat is out the bag baby!. They know I'm here and better be runnin!
