Turmeric and ginger are from the same family.
I used to take tumeric but had to stop because it prohibits iron absorption and I have iron deficiency anemia. It works great for inflammation tho.
So eat more foods with iron.
@@Alan-71351 I WAS on top of takin a supplement and my levels were still low. Once i stopped the tumeric my levels went into normal range.
Thank you for all you do…❤
Excellent, informative video! Thank you so much!
Hello 👋🏻 Beautiful Lady 🌹,How are you and the weather condition like?
Good information Ty ❤
Your statement, “Mixing ginger with turmeric is not recommended as the acids in ginger might block the effects of the curcuminoids.” Where did you get this information from. Can you provide a link?
Thanks
Dear Dr Carlos How are you? I like to ask you What is good for cluster headache?
Need to add pepper to the turmeric. It helps the body absorb the curcurmin by hundreds of percents. Black pepper only.
Thank you Dr Carlo for this great advance! I would like to know, if I take tumeric with milk how many mg or spoons should i add?
Awesome information Dr Carlos. 👍👍👍 keep up the good work. 🫡
Thank you so much!!
Loves this video, very informative!!
Thank you doctor! ❤️
Big like. Thank you, doctor.
We are Pakistani, of course from Pakistan 🇵🇰…. Using turmeric in daily in our cooking . Specially in curry and sauces ….along with ginger garlic
I would be interested to know what form of Turmeric he is talking about when he mentions 3 grams per day. I take a supplement capsule that has 750 mg of curcumin, and is said to be the highest amount on the market. One capsule a day is considered the max.
Put it in your tea, milk or tofu or eggs.
Tom, are you in the US? My Turmeric supplement is 1500mg with Pepperdine. I take it 2x daily. Spring Valley brand, non gmo, sold at Walmart.
Thankyou doctor
I. like it very simple to do. Thank you doc
He is right I have studied holistics
Thank you for sharing doc
I add ginger, garlic and fresh turmeric root in all my foods when I am cooking. I chop it up in small pieces, is this okay or not as you said not to mix turmeric and ginger at the same time.
I cannot find any other source that says that ginger turmeric combo is not good. Many say just the opposite, that ginger enhances absorption of turmeric.
To me it makes sense. Turmeric with black peppar, cayne peppar Or ginger enhances sbdorbtion. If you happen to see my comment, maybe you can respond.
Most help - baking soda.
Remember - turmeric better takes with olive oil or sour cream.
Be careful if you have allergies for hot spice 😷
