Had chronic inflammation ( 20+ years). Terrible pain. Neuropathy. Burnt out discs. Inflamed joints. Brain fog... and much more. Finally came across an aurvedic physician who did gut clensing, Diuretic meds and more to improve immunity, blood flow, nerve strengthening, emotinal balance. Changed diet and lifestyle, did meditation and more primary de-stress because it was a main contributior for chronic inflammation. And now totally free of all issues, living a new life!!!

I suffered inflammation for about 10 years. No amount of dieting/eatkig healthy/fasting and exercise helped. It kept getting worse until a point where I was so sick I could barely eat anything without throwing up. I suddenly stopped eating. I only ate an apple a day, sometimes I couldn't even est that. And when I was extremely hungry but too sick to eat the only thing I could eat was oats. I was sick in bed for about 3 months. By the end of those 3 months I had lost weight. But something else had changed in my body too. I felt a rush of energy and new found strength. My joints and hips were no longer hurting. My legs and feet and face were no longer swollen. My chest was no in better shape, my gut was tight and I could sit up and stand up straight without pain in my back. My cardio had improved... I could walk up the stairs to the 5th floor without a problem. I honestly thought I was trippin or dreaming... I later realized that the apple and oat diet wheb I was sick had helped detoxify my body and restore it to factory settings. 3 months of being so sick I couldn't eat anything but an apple or oats cured my fatigue, my brain fog, my joint and hip and back pain.... I lost weight from bed. I still don't know what happened, I'm a whole new person. It's like a miracle. I feel alive again.

I drink three cups of coffee (two decaf) every day mixed with sugar free dark cacao powder plus a small square of 95 percent sugar free dark chocolate. I like the mocha combo with a strong chocolate flavor. I sweeten with stevia or local honey and since I’m on keto a tbspn of heavy cream. Also meditate every am with prayers and intentions without fail. Meditation has changed my life for the better exponentially. I have very little stress any more and I am a much better person on every level. I used to get reactive to any difficulty and slight. Now I just let life happen, with gratitude for all the (often ironic) lessons to be learned and blessings received. It’s all good.

Maybe try blending one medium size ginger root and 1 small turmeric root with 2 cups water. Strain and add apple cider vinegar and cayenne pepper to taste. That should be about 3-4 servings. I am a physician in USA, originally from India. Turmeric, ginger and capsaicin are regular parts of various daily diets and not just used as medicine. Apart from tremendous antiinflammatory effects, they make foods super delicious and allows 100s of variety of dishes from just one or two vegetables and whole grains! Ditch the bland blah Western diet, full of inflammatory meat, sugar, refined grains and oil based fried food diet or just eating boring, bland salads every day and try these super delicious, nutritious antiinflammatory foods cooked super healthy way!

I didn’t know that the grapeseed oil I was recommended to take as the healthiest oil to cook with on high temperatures would be perhaps some thing that would inflame my system. I have high inflammation, and I use it all the time in cooking. Maybe I will reduce the temperature and use olive oil as long as I find it’s not from the seed. I heard canola oil was bad and so I switched I have seen avocado oil once in a while and that sounds like it might be an option but I will research it. Thank you so much for inspiring me to do so. I love to research and I want to get rid of this information because it is Chronic. Thank you so much.

I used to drink tumeric as told by one Ayurveda physician against tumours. But normally I use ginger and tumeric when I cook rice, chicken - always add quite a lot, love the taste. Rosemary is difficult, but I add fresh one it with potatoes mainly. I eat a lot of chili or cayenne pepper I love it hot:) it’s good for stomach but may have not that good result for joints if eaten too much. Green tea has nice taste if you know how to make it and choose the right green tea. I love it in summer cooled down. For omega 3 - I hate salmon, but sardines, herring and small fishes like anchovies have even more omega than salmon so there are many possibilities. I take fish oil supplements high in DNA (around 2000 daily intake).

There's also a great film called 'The Earthing Movie' which explains the benifits of walking or standing barefoot on natural ground. It has a huge effect on the body in helping reduce any inflammation in the body. The video also shows many stories from people who have experienced positive results using this technique. It also highlights the negative side effects of wearing man made rubber sole shoes that obstruct the natural flow with the earth. Modern living has us so far removed from our basic natural state that helps make us thrive as humans. Some people have also noticed a huge improvement in their health just by 'earthing' their bed whilst they sleep at night 💚
