A goat saved my life. I damaged my gut biome from antibiotic use in 2007. I began losing weight. I was running to the bathroom up to 6 times a day. I lost 13 pounds in a few weeks on an already light frame. 6’2” down to 153 pounds. I researched that goat milk was closest to human milk (although not very close) of all the ruminant animals. I began drinking 0.5 (one half) gallons of raw goat milk a day. Within two weeks I put back 13 pounds and cleared up 90% of my gut issues. That goat saved my life.
I had read somewhere that raw goat milk and organic free range raw eggs (eggnog) were one of the best food combos to heal gut damage. Thanks for the reminder 👍
You know what’s hard? Going to doctors in the “real” world who don’t talk to us like Dr Berg talks to us. Instead I get a cold bedside manner and lectured on not taking the jab or rolled eyes when I mention intermittent fasting. Hence I avoid all doctors unless absolutely necessary. Thank God we have Drs Berg, Campbell and Eckberg to teach us!
I have not been to a doctor in years. I research all my health problems and solve them myself. Sad, that we have to resort to banning the Government health system because they are not educated in healing the body through the gut due to it being a Sick system for monetary desires.
I find most MDs: - don’t listen - don’t explain anything well - dismiss concerns I have - dismiss any questions outside their expertise - ultimately don’t help or minimally help, create other problems with meds and lack of understanding, and I end up managing health by myself. It’s pathetic and frustrating.
Bml4646; Then you’re not advocating for your medical care. That means being proactive in your health and wellbeing. Don’t expect doctors to do right by you. Example; I had a kidney stone lodged in my ureter. They knew that I had it. But just wanted to throw meds at it. Then they wanted to subject me to more diagnostic procedures. Test my bladder function? One urinary tube is completely blocked! It’d be like testing my hand function with a broken arm. Of course it’s going to be compromised bc of my arm fgs. I went in and demanded that I receive surgical intervention. Then had to fight the surgeon for some post surgical pain meds. Had to go above him to get him to prescribe opiates. When you’re sick, it’s even harder to self advocate. I had a hip replacement too. Same year as my stone removal. They wanted to send me home after one night there. I said no. My pain wasn’t managed and I was incontinent. You cannot release a patient in that condition. Covid completely changed triage medicine. You had to advocate even harder during the couple years where they were accepting Covid patients ONLY. You pay these doctors. MAKE them do their job. Yes, there’s the Hippocratic oath of, ‘first do no harm’. But, doing nothing is just as bad as committing an unnecessary medical procedure.
@@nsudatta-roy8154 There's nothing stopping doctors from learning stuff "outside the system". Doctors can still give opinions. Unfortunately their opinions are almost always backed by Big Pharma.
Dr berg is the best! Thank you for all you! Dr berg, I’ve been messaging you for a awhile now about my pcos. I finally found out something from a neuropathic doctor. She ran some test and did say my thyroid (tsh) is borderline low which is indicative of an overactive thyroid. Some of the symptoms I’m having Extreme hair loss Nervous energy/ shakes. Depression Acne only on my chin area Fatigued Excess sweating/ always really hot. Restless Having a hard time falling asleep. Puffy eyes/ only sometimes Out of breath/ breathing hard Any recommendations anyone??? Please help. Although I am getting more blood test done I still want to get to the root of the problem instead of going backwards. I just want to feel better!! 😢
I had fibromyalgia, psoriasis & arthritis. After watching this video I bought some colostrum tablets and I got my body back! Within 2 weeks all swelling went down, before I went through so many supplements, oriental herbs, etc.. I got my body & beauty back! I used spend my mornings crying in pain, I couldn't hold a glass of water too weak, I spent a year not even able to wear normal clothes or shoes! I am so grateful to you!❤ For tiredness I take Nadhas well. 20 mg.
@@TheREALLibertyOrDeath It's made in UK, a cheap one, but also now I take NADH 20 mg on empty stomach for the fatigue, wormwood capsule I for breathing, some vitamin C and I do on and off with marine collagen. The brand if you don't mind the price organic is better, goats colostrum is better then cows. Let me know how it goes, our bodies are different and react differently as well. I took Alpha lipoid acid for 2 months for nerve pain and lysine to reinuilf the cartilage, so much b12, q10 etc..
Unfortunately my mother was not able to breastfeed me for medical reasons but my grandma got a goat, I took care of it and drank goat milk for the first years of my life up till the age of 14. I'm sure it helped me a lot.

In our state Tamilnadu (south India) we eat something called Seempaal. This is prepared from the first milk after the calf is born. If someone says a calf is born in one's house they immediately ask for Seempaal. Once again I am always in awe, how did our ancestors know?

been taking colostrum for around 2 months now and psoriasis of nearly 20 years is clearing up nicely. Get headaches from it,which i assume is die-off from candida or other bacteria. However, i am sticking with it and can't thank Dr. Berg enough for this life saving information!! I can tell im almost on the other side of 20 years of suffering.
Hey, in Oregon, USA, I was put on Karo Syrup and water as an infant by a Kaiser Permanente doctor because of colic....yeah...isn't that awesome? Now, over 40 I am battling Rheumatoid Arthritis, Sjogrens, CFS etc....yeah....gotta love the Western Medical system. Thank the Lord for Dr. Berg, naturopaths and other natural practitioners and medicine!!!! I am struggling to find a correct colostrum....I get an anaphylactic reaction with any dairy.
I just opened 5 delicious capsules of Colostrum by Symbiotics into 1/8 cup of milk 1 minute Before I saw this video! Colostrum is a "Stand In Immune System" & is Protocol for cancer patients in Texas.
When I was in India I had very bad diarrhea and vomiting. My mother-in-law gave me curd. A small bag. It stopped. I thought I was going to die. Years later, NPR was discussing lactose bacillus helping with anxiety and depression. I tried everything and found buttermilk worked the best. The bacteria produces serotonin which travels up the vagus nerve. This helped a lot with GI problems for me along with stress and anxiety. I only drink whole milk buttermilk. I gave it to my children when little to help them with developing healthy gut bacteria.
I was born in Germany, long ago. We didn't get any vaxxes or shots except Polio. I had every childhood disease you could get, some I had twice. None of us kids died. When one got sick, the whole class in school was sure to get it. 2 or 3 days at home and you were good to go. Mumps, rubella, pertussis, measles - I had it all, and some. I was outside all the time, with bloody knees and other injuries meant to make you tough - there was no one "kissing the booboo" and smearing antibiotics on me - because it was expected. I don't get sick and I refused the C-19 vaxx (which cost me my job)....
Wow! My mother told me when I was born I could not drink regular milk so she fed me goat milk😊. I drank this for years but once I hit middle school I started drinking whole milk and was fine until college my stomach rejected whole milk, then I started soy milk for years and recently switched to almond milk. I will try this again. Had no idea it has so many benefits!
Breastfeeding for the win!!! I have breastfed the 4 out of my 8 kids. There’s def a difference in their overall health. I’m currently breastfeeding my 6 month old. Nature is perfect. Side note, I intermittent fasted for a few years before my last pregnancy, also mostly keto/low carb lifestyle. This pregnancy was the first time I didn’t have gestational diabetes in 5 pregnancies. My doctor was shocked. She still has me monitor my blood, and it was always normal. I attribute it to living a healthier way by eating keto, and less often.
Yes. Good for you. Fasting is incredible. I am 69 male and it's amazing at my age what a difference my health is when I am fasting vs not. Listen to the body and it will tell you many times what is going on. I know my growth hormone increases big time. Especially when I do HIIT 2 or 3 times a week plus basic exercise and resistance. It's the fountain of youth. About to do prolong fasting. Hope to see great results. Good luck with the babies. About to be a grandfather for the first time in July. She's already spoiled. Can't wait.
Since I was a baby 👶 I was lactose intolerant. My grandmother noticed and changed me to goats milk. As an adult I am assuring you that my nails,my hair, and my bones are stronger compared with others. Goat milk is expensive but is worth.
In South India, we have a dish using buffalo/Cow's colostrum that is called "Junnu" . It is made using "1 litre Milk + 1/4 Colostrum milk + Jaggery + pepper + cardamom + nutmeg " mixed together and is slow Steamed till it curdles. And is eaten during rainy season. It is said that supercharges the body with 97 immune factors, 87 growth factors, amino acids, vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids. However, as Colostrum is hard to digest, it is cooked in that way.
I was bottle fed in the 60’s, so this was very interesting. FYI, farmers always have a supply of dried colostrum on hand for emergencies because they know how important colostrum is for the newborn calves or kids. Our local farm supply store sells it. Hint, hint. Wink, wink.
I've been on moringa for 3 weeks now with no noticeable improvement in my RA. I started out at 2 pills for the first week and a half and have been on 3 pills for a week and a half. Zero improvement. I'm going to get some colostrum!
As always Dr Berg, you are the best. Straight forward information in easy to understand steps. Yes, there are others out there giving nutritional advise, but none equal to you, Dr Berg, in your depth of sources of problems, and ease of solutions.
Been drinking A2 milk making my own Greek yogurt and Kiefer from it. I buy the VAT pasteurized Alexandre A2 milk. For years I couldn’t have regular milk and I was drinking alternative milks like almond milk. I even reacted to raw milk. I really missed having yogurt because even with yogurt I reacted to it meaning I didn’t make it to the restroom in time. I even tried Lactaid milk and could not tolerate it. It’s been three weeks now and I’ve been pushing dairy to see if I have a reaction to the A2 milk. No reaction.! When I make my Greek yogurt I heat the yogurt to 110 to 115°. It’s already been pasteurized but at a lower temperature. I just keep all my utensils very clean. When I make the homemade kefir, I Alexandre kefir as a starter. So simple to make you can also buy this at Whole Foods and other stores. Some of the A2 milk is ultra pasteurized and I do not buy that kind. So far I am thrilled. It is not cheap to buy the milk but the company did send me coupons. I cut my budget elsewhere. I’m only posting this because if someone wants to continue dairy this may be an answer. The A2 milk has a different protein than A1 milk which is most common in the US it’s just a different cow. It is definitely interesting to look up the difference.
Dr Berg, I thank God that HE blessed you with such a lot of insight to help all of us on earth that cannot afford a doctor and the hospital bills. May you stay blessed.
I have been taking grass fed BOVINE COLOSTRUM by Ancestral and love it. You are to take 6 a day but starting with 1 is spot on until you can adjust to more as time goes on.
@@countingdown5004 so far my hairline has increased in volume and my skin looks so much better. I am generally healthy so these are the noticeable improvements for myself.
Finally! I have been taking Transfer Factors from the Colostrum for more 10 years, it's great to hear this today for more people get the benefits from it which are so many. Me and some members of my family have testimonials.
You guys, he's RIGHT. I recently suffered a devastating, tragic loss, very close to me, and about 3 days afterwards, I noticed that all my usual, chronic aches and pains were gone, and my skin's complexion was so clear and beautiful, which was really helpful, of course, at that time. ...but it dawned on me that the first 2.5 days after the loss, I didn't eat anything because I didn't feel like eating. Then the 4th day, I ate a tiny bit, one time, then for the next 3 days I did the same, then in the evenings I was eating big salads, full of green leafy vegetables and cruciferous vegetables, plus vegs for the liver, feta cheese, and Dr. b Berg's delicious homemade salad dressing recipe. (Sometimes a little hummus with that, or tuna mixed with green salsa.) I ate 1-2 poached eggs in the morning, and kept taking all my nutritional supplements, as well as my homemade herbal infusions. My point is, I had not had any sugars nor complex carbs nor carbs....and my inflammation was gone, just a little muscle tension in my upper back and neck, because of the stress of the loss, with all the arrangements we had to make after our loss, plus a close relative who thinks that this is a great opportunity to pick fights with me. 🙄 .....prayer and warm showers helped to melt that away, plus some stretching that Dr. Berg showed us, for upper back, shoulders and neck.
Thanks Dr. Berg.. Not many of us had the colostrum protection as babies.. Had also heard of people on goat milk.. But the reason n logic was kept highly confidential.. Thanks for making our lives better.. Was badly hit by auto immune disease, was better on IF n keto... This addition helped rebuild of great health 🙏🏻
What do you mean most people weren’t breastfed? Wth why is that? Myself n sisters were all breastfeed for 6months n I breastfed my child for 12 months. That’s such a disservice to your child giving them formula if not really necessary!

DR. BERG, 2-13-2024. I started using goat colostrum a couple of months ago after seeing this video. Couple of points, here. I ordered it from the company that is most widely known on Amazon. Yesterday I contacted a company in Switzerland asking about theirs. They told me to never use colostrum that is gotten at 48 hours or longer. That theirs is gotten at 18 hours. The other difference is that my company defats theirs, and the Swiss one does not. But, here is the biggest thing, The Swiss company says to follow these 3 rules for colostrum : women use the goat colostrum, period. Men use the cow colostrum, period. And those with allergies or children, use the sheep colostrum, period. He did go a little more indepth as to why, but I thought you might want to consider what he told me. “ In case you are interested in”.

What is the name of the Swiss company, or the brand name of the product? Can you buy it in the USA, or is it shipped from Switzerland?
Anita, the company is in Switzerland and is mailed from Switzerland. Sorry, I do not recall the name of the product. It was so expensive that I just decided not to use it. As a suggestion, several days ago I started taking a product that is supposed to be good for bone and muscle health. Actually, Dr. Berg had recommended it for eye health. It is a large bottle of drops………17 drops under the tongue. It has only been a few days, but already I am pleased with how it makes my dry eyes feel. Would you like the name of it ?

@@carolcole570 Sure. Always good to know what works.
I've been using it for 2 weeks and it's been good. My digestive system never relaxed until I used it. My friend said it reduced his inflammation in my back after surgery.
I am on my first week of taking goat's colostrum for possible leaky gut... I have intolerance to fodmaps ongoing for over 3 years... experiencing severe nausea, bloating, anxiety and awful fatigue. I was diagnosed with IBS...here in the UK doctors don't talk about Leaky Gut. I've been on the low fodmap diet for 3 years. Initially I was very nauseous even with a small amount of the colostrum. I discovered colostrum contains oligosccharides (a high fodmap) so I got a digestive enzyme alpha galatosidase which worked, so now I am nausea free. I have already felt an improvement of my usual gut discomfort. I am feeling very optimistic that this is the answer to my gut problems, I have tried and failed with so many other remedies I was beginning to despair.
How are you getting on now? I’m from the uk and suffering so many issues after taking strong antibiotics. Doctors are a waste of time here what colostrum did you get?
THANKS Doc.. I tried so many things. Had a Colitis flare up in December and still I’m fighting it. The lower 6 inches sigmoid colon is burning and so inflamed since December. I even tried antibiotics. Now I have issues again. No social gatherings in the last almost 3 month. It is extremely painful. Stage 3 colorectal cancer survivor. I had it all done. 2 surgeries- Ileostomy- reversed later. Chemo - Radiation. I ask my doctor to please stop the chemo or I wont make it. They stopped it 1 week earlier. I have had issues for many years. Now I’m allergic to all Citrus fruits, Tomatoes, some seasoning wheat and Gluten - my digestion is slow. I’m not able to take some supplements do to my sensitive stomach. 😮 It’s been a fight for years for me. These past 3 month have been home most of the time. No social life at the moment and some people don’t even understand.
Growing up my Father would give us Goats and sheep’s milk. He always said is very good for us and we were breast fed as well. Who knew my father’s knowledge was on point . Thank you sharing your knowledge with us, I truly appreciate it.
Raw goats milk cured my Asthma, I drank a small glass every day for 6 months as well as increasing my egg intake which also contain Colostrum. That was over 25 years ago, never touched an inhaler since and the Asthma never came back.
I take this and swear by it. Stayed well even during last 2 years of COVID. Had mild case of COVID - worked from home while I had it. I have been around many that had colds and other respiratory illnesses and did not get those illnesses. Just love it!!
I’ve been taking goat colostrum since a holistic MD I was seeing for chronic pain and psoriatic arthritis; he prescribed it and other supplements including NAC and IgG. I haven’t been ill since. My mother didn’t breast feed, apparently, it “wasn’t done” in her social circle. My brother and I had terrible allergies, I got bronchitis at Christmastime and around June-July almost every year. I began taking homeopathics back in the 1980’s for the allergies and was able to stop desensitizing injections.developed Psoriatic Arthritis, my brother has gout and non-symptomatic Paget’s disease, though autoimmune disease runs in her side; both she and her mother had RA and her sister had lupus. I’ve noticed that when I don’t take supplements, my pain is much worse and my inflammation markers are much higher. Between the Holistic MD and Dr Berg, I’ve learned so much. Allopathic docs just know how to treat symptoms, not the illness. It’s amazing what can be treated with diet and supplements.
My children grew up having goats milk and cheese in the summers when we visited my then husband’s family in the Greek villages. They are all adults and enjoy excellent health. I also breast fed all three children, the youngest until she was a year old. I put them on the breast immediately after birth, having read about the benefits of colostrum.
I absolutely believe it. I have grown almost a full inch as a fully grown adult drinking 1-3 liters of raw milk per day for the past 4 years. I have heard goat milk is a lot easier to digest than cow milk. I had some raw goat milk a week ago for the first time, and it digested noticeably better than raw cow milk. They say for this reason it is better to give it to infants or children instead of cow milk. I believe raw milk is the most perfect food in existence.
In the early age of my childhood, i grew up in my grandparents countryside house. When a cow, goat, had a calf or kid, the owner of the animal will gather all the kids closed to him and serve us colostrum - the first milk. So each of us kids will bring a spoon from home and enjoy the first milk. Amazing, how simple people working their farms knew maybe more natural medicine , then most of today doctors.
I found Dr. Berg channel back in January 2023 and have done a lot of research on inflammation and cancer. So far I am finally getting positive results by using supplements, intermittent and prolonged fasting with the Keto adjusted diet for leaky gut. I used to have IBS, it's part of Fibromyalgia. But my IBS and 70% of Fibromyalgia symptoms disappeared when I went gluten free, sugar free and soy free. Maybe that could work for you, too?! Try it and you'll see after one week, you may notice things begin to change. Good luck!
Definitely permanently eliminate bad gluten (wheat, barley, and rye). After some time, you'll likely no longer deal with IBS, especially if you consume healthy foods, with a colorful variety of produce.
I wanted to share a tip for any pregnant mothers. Pack a syringe in your hospital bag. I've breastfed all 3 of my children (60 months of my life and still counting). 2 of my babies latched on right away. I had to work with one of my babies and teach her how to nurse. It took two days. I didn't allow the nurses to give her formula. I let her try to nurse at each feeding. When she couldn't do it, I would hand express into a cup and then use the syringe to feed her. Expressing the milk promotes more production and not using a bottle helped to prevent nipple confusion.
Now I know why. I had a pre mature baby and when I started breast feeding my baby in the hospital, I also use to freeze some at home and bring it to the hospital to feed my baby when I wasn’t there. When I was able to take my baby home I was asked to leave my frozen bags of breast milk. The nurse told me that it would help certain patients that the hospital treated.
Raw milk cured my chronic bronchitis in my puberty. My parents tried every possible medication, syrups, herbs. But the raw goat milk and the goat fat floating on top of the milk - that’s what saved me from years of constant cough. If anyone tried drinking or even smelling the the floating and melting fat on top of the hot goat milk they would know what it is! I used to close my eyes very very tight and tried not to smell while drinking and swallowing it fast fast! But the goat fast is also recommended rubbing on the child’s chest and feet before bed as a cough remedy. The best goats and goats fat comes supposedly from from some mountainous regions of Italy and also the best from Caucasian Mountains /well, my ancestors region❤️/!
Dr Berg we don't have words to thank you for your beautiful research and letting the world know the real food and real major n minor diseases and their accurate treatments. Thanks doc
I breastfed my daughter but not my 2 so sons. She didn’t get a fever till after 3 years and the others did had asthma and both Pneumonia young. She was so much healthier
I know a person with autoimmune disease who used to take colostrum years ago to help the immune system fight colds (even pneumonia) and it worked very well. However after several years instead of helping, it triggered the immune system into overdrive and made the autoimmune diseases flare up. So although I'd highly recommend it as very safe to most people, it should be used with caution by people with autoimmune diseases.

I have been waiting for Dr Berg to do a video either on this specifically or on HS. Thank you so much. I am still hoping for a specific video that will pin point anything else other than keto and taking vitamins that could help. This is amazing information.
Oh man, I understand, my mother had this same condition. I watched her go through so much with HS. She suffered in silence. Plus she didn't have a real doctor to help her heal. She just took medication to suppress the symptoms. Real healing is definitely possible with proper dietary changes. There's a girl on RUclips who put Hydredenitis in remission. I forgot her name (Pretty brown girl I think). God bless you Megan I pray you find the answers you need and begin your healing journey.
Do you use Hibiclens soap? If not, you should use it as a regular wash in the shower. No sugar, honey. Don't use a razor ever, use a cheap battery operated lady Norelco. Wear only cotton loose clothing, boy cut/shorts cotton underwear. Cotton bra-Amazon has a Bali cotton bra that's pretty cheap. There's lots more info online if you look up alternative treatment for HS. Listen to youtube meditations, try to reduce stress. I drank milk until high school without any issues Then all of the sudden my brother and I both started having issues. Years later I married and moved to a dairy farm I learned about hormones in cows The dairy is not allowed to use hormones or vaccines to get in the milk or Kraft would reject the milk And if one cow in 1000 cows accidentally got something, it would show up in the quality control process. Milk wasn’t the problem It was the added hormones given to cows… I can drink raw milk without any issues and I eat Kraft cheese because I know they are strict Other cheeses may have same restrictions but I don’t know which I’ve divorced and moved but I buy milk from a grassfed Jersey dairy and enjoy milk.
I got colostrum immediately when I saw one of your previous videos about it. I was excited to have it. Then I saw a review of a lady who said that it flared her hashimoto's. I was really upset. But I still took it two or three times a week. I just love it
I've just subscribed and will be watching more of these videos, Dr. Berg. I pay into an HMO only for BIG things like fractured bones and things that need sensible hands-on. Other than that I just hate having to go through an HMO to keep ER costs and the like at a minimum. The HMO just wants to order me around for my "own good," as they say, but I'm having none of it. In fact, I'm recovering slowing from an injury that would have had most people at the clinic, and I just couldn't do it anymore... Your channel is just what I've been looking for. Thank you for all the info!
Doc I can get colostrum straight from cow or goat, we've been drinking raw milk, eating raw butter and raw cheese for about 8yrs now and along with intermittent fasting we have completely changed our health, I'm almost 50 and still play in a amateur baseball league in the summer almost playing at my college level... question is how much colostrum should we drink to start out with? Thank you
Every time I watch one of your videos where you talk about certain nutrients and foods that can be consumed to for these nutrients and make you healthier I am always reminded of how my girlfriend was raised compared to how I was. Meaning that she is from Mexico and she has straight up told me that I would be having less health issues had I lived there. They eat and consume so many things that are completely natural and much better than what is the normal over here. For example they drink goat's milk pretty often from what I have heard. Me? I have never ever had it and even when first hearing about them drinking it, thought it was gross... Along with other things like they eat more avocado than the average American they home cook dang near everything where as we buy a lot of processed foods and many other things I'm not thinking of at the moment. Along with a tea she introduced me to, that has done wonders for my stomach that no medicine was able to do (including prescription meds from the doctor) at one point when I was really suffering, called Chupa Panza and as the name translates into Stomach Suck or something of the sort. It is said to help you loss weight but that is because it helps clean you out with nothing but natural ingredients such as flax seed, ginger root, bark of the young branches of cinnamon and more stuff. It has even helped with IBS and I imagine more. But just my point being, us Americans are more obese and have more health problems than probably any other country.

@@mpardo4019 I highly recommend eating alot, as in 3 wholesome balanced meals and maybe a smoothie in between meals make sure everything you eat is high in protein and fiber as well some carbs for extra energy because your gonna be burning those calories breastfeeding. I've heard so many stories of women upper their supply by drinking smoothies or protein shakes, but make sure the protein shakes are of good quality and ingredients,I recommend doing it at home frozen bananas and vanilla Greek yogurt with protein powder and whatever else you wanna add for flavor I do vanilla extract and peanut butter along with Ovaltine ❤️. There are also herbal supplements you can use for pain and upping the supply with Fenugreek, blessed thistle, Fennel seed something along the lines of that I heard helped alot too.

Got to be careful with these doctors online. Honestly all doctors in general. This guys says all the right things, but he isn’t there to monitor you when your taking supplements. Also the more you listen to these guys the more you take matters into your own hands. It’s a risk because if you do what they say you’d be on all kinds of supplements likely harming yourself. They never mention the how to take them and for how long. Leaving you hanging.

What to do when someone wasnt breast feed??
What do you think about bovine colostrum powders?
😂my grandson did great on goat milk when he couldn’t tolerate formula
I’m very happy for you! I have some issues with my weight loss so I will start drinking goat milk right away thank you for sharing your experience
That sounds great! How long did you stay on the goat's milk?
Same here, antibiotics killed my gut. I was the opposite with gaining weight. I'm still having issues, I'm going to try the goat milk.
You know what’s hard? Going to doctors in the “real” world who don’t talk to us like Dr Berg talks to us. 👍👍👍👍. Greetings from the Netherlands
I find most MDs:
- don’t listen
- don’t explain anything well
- dismiss concerns I have
- dismiss any questions outside their expertise
- ultimately don’t help or minimally help, create other problems with meds and lack of understanding, and I end up managing health by myself. It’s pathetic and frustrating.
What's your point?
exactly
You are 100% right.
A cured patient is a lost costumer

Sounds like you lived the childhood that every kid should live

Then the 4th day, I ate a tiny bit, one time, then for the next 3 days I did the same, then in the evenings I was eating big salads, full of green leafy vegetables and cruciferous vegetables, plus vegs for the liver, feta cheese, and Dr. b
Berg's delicious homemade salad dressing recipe. (Sometimes a little hummus with that, or tuna mixed with green salsa.)
I ate 1-2 poached eggs in the morning, and kept taking all my nutritional supplements, as well as my homemade herbal infusions.

Where can you buy it. It is expensive on Amazon.

I take this and swear by it. Stayed well even during last 2 years of COVID. Had mild case of COVID - worked from home while I had it. I have been around many that had colds and other respiratory illnesses and did not get those illnesses. Just love it!!
Covid doesn't exist...it's a group of symptoms associated with every other ailment that ever existed b4 it came into public view...ergo a psyop...
My uncle used to force feed me colostrum pills everyday when I was pregnant and k recently after 20 years just bought a whole bottle of it. ❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you and love from India. Kindly make some video on minimising nosal polyps.
In the village of my mother a poor woman died while giving birth. They gave her daughter only goat milk, she was healthier than other children.
It’s slow moving but it is better progress than what I received from the medical field over the past decade!
Do you mind sharing the supplements and the diet you follow?
That is what I am wondering. What different for leaky gut also.
I am so happy your fine please share the supplements and everything you followed to us I have a esophagus inflammation
@@bonnieupton4114 Dr. Berg has some really good Videos that refer to leaky gut, IBS, extra. Just punch in Dr. Berg and Leaky Gut. He also has an interview with a doctor on the paleo diet which is good. I don’t agree with everything she said because of my own experience but there was a lot of helpful ideas like the organ meat.
I’m not brushing you off its just Dr. Bergs videos are really educational and easy to understand. You can tell he has really done his research for people like us!
@@Logar-cousin Thanks, I’m not out of the woods yet and hope it’s not to late. I’m waiting for some blood test to come back. I really can’t wait for the day when I can eat leafy greens and vegetables again!
Dr Berg - can you please do a new video on IBS. Especially for those of us who can't handle red meat, fat, or fiber (very hard re healthy keto).
Try taking turmeric tea with some black pepper.
@@wm6549 would have been nice to but someone like me whose got a low BP, heard tumeric is not good for those with hypotension
and even with such a diet there are people still struggling with IBS
I used to have IBS, it's part of Fibromyalgia. But my IBS and 70% of Fibromyalgia symptoms disappeared when I went gluten free, sugar free and soy free. Maybe that could work for you, too?! Try it and you'll see after one week, you may notice things begin to change. Good luck!
Definitely permanently eliminate bad gluten (wheat, barley, and rye). After some time, you'll likely no longer deal with IBS, especially if you consume healthy foods, with a colorful variety of produce.
I recently purchased 1kg immune tree colostrum, and fresh raw milk! Oh boy the strength💪💪
The milk is used to feed the babies in the nicu while mothers milk comes in. :) my baby was in the nicu and he used donors milk.
I am lactose intolerant so I found a goat milk colostrum supplement on Amazon made by Mt. Capra, a company established in 1928. So hoping it helps.
You can also pinch your nose closed as you drink it and you won't taste anything while swallowing. Glad you are better.
Dr Berg we don't have words to thank you for your beautiful research and letting the world know the real food and real major n minor diseases and their accurate treatments. Thanks doc

AsSalamoalaikum
Very aptly put; well-said. Fully agreed !
Dr. Berg is a huge blessing, Alhamdulillah.
Thanks for sharing
@@VidNibs Same here. Lupus.
If it helps, I've started taking magnesium (Solgar) before bed and I wake up more rested. As well as easier bowel movements.
It's only been a week so I'll have to see how it goes.
I did 2 courses of oregano oil before that and it helped with my body temperature but it blocked me up. No trip to the bathroom whatsoever!
I might try again in a few weeks..
Good luck to you 🤞
I kinda like to do cycles in medicine like that like just a bottle once a year or so certain things are just so powerful. We don’t need to take them every day maybe through like flu season or whatever you know.
@@ScurvyRascal Please try 1T of olive oil in the morning. For constipation. Worked for me and have been taking for 2 years. the issue was gone that day.
I've had goat milk without being boiled. It's so good. I didn't know all this information. Thank you Dr Berg.
Wow that is awesome and amazing. Where may I have it too? Any recommendations.
Big THANK YOU, Dr. Berg for all wonderful videos you are doing for us. 🙏Blessings !💖
One question: Can colostrum cause weight gain ? I am already obese and I’m afraid to use something that could make me even bigger.
I have HS Hydrdentitis Supperativa Stage 3. The worst of the worst. Its an auto immune disease that is basically all inflammation. I have boils all over my body and its really bad.
Clean foods, epsom salt soaks, prayers and good hygiene
Do you use Hibiclens soap? If not, you should use it as a regular wash in the shower. No sugar, honey. Don't use a razor ever, use a cheap battery operated lady Norelco. Wear only cotton loose clothing, boy cut/shorts cotton underwear. Cotton bra-Amazon has a Bali cotton bra that's pretty cheap. There's lots more info online if you look up alternative treatment for HS. Listen to youtube meditations, try to reduce stress. If you are heavy try to lose weight-I know this is probably the hardest-at least for me it is. Good luck, wishing you speedy recovery and perfect health!
I don’t have any advice but I do know the Great Physician, Jesus Christ, and so I will be praying for you, Megan. ♥️

As a vegan, I will eat cabbage...saukerkraut for Glutmine. Thanks.
Milk wasn’t the problem It was the added hormones given to cows… I can drink raw milk without any issues and I eat Kraft cheese because I know they are strict Other cheeses may have same restrictions but I don’t know which
I’ve divorced and moved but I buy milk from a grassfed Jersey dairy and enjoy milk.
I got colostrum immediately when I saw one of your previous videos about it. I was excited to have it. Then I saw a review of a lady who said that it flared her hashimoto's. I was really upset. But I still took it two or three times a week. I just love it
How is it working?
Is it helping?
I've just subscribed and will be watching more of these videos, Dr. Berg. I pay into an HMO only for BIG things like fractured bones and things that need sensible hands-on. Other than that I just hate having to go through an HMO to keep ER costs and the like at a minimum. The HMO just wants to order me around for my "own good," as they say, but I'm having none of it. In fact, I'm recovering slowing from an injury that would have had most people at the clinic, and I just couldn't do it anymore... Your channel is just what I've been looking for. Thank you for all the info!
It's very good for dogs as well. Had mine on it from when he was a baby. 🙂
Thank you
@TRUST thanks for your input but there aren't any notes for drinking colostrum... only for supplements..
Who else likes dr. Berg
☝️ me... I have a teacher crush 😅 hehe ❤❤❤❤
I learn so much with these videos, dr Berg joins all the dots when it comes to integrative healing ❤
Well said good information and guidance mr berg
Hello Dr. Berg, Wow this is such great information!! I appreciate knowing this, and appreciate all the work that you do and share with us, thank you immensely!! Would you consider doing a video on the risks and benefits associated with LASIK eye correction? As a baby boomer myself, I am researching this, and considering this, but wanting to know the pros and cons involved. Thanks again!! Hello Dr. Berg. Thanks a million for this magnificent teaching on Inflammation and Colostrum. I'm one of those million suffering from this health conditions. The goat chess is delicious. Maybe you can try that.
My mom has always been a health nut ( Good thing in my opinion) and Everytime one of our family members has a baby ( which is pretty often) she will tell them BREAST FEED AND EAT ALOT and tell them what they need to eat and alternatives to meds to feel better
Hi Shay. Any advice for me. I don’t produce much breast milk. I breast fed for a month and a half but my baby was needing more milk and I had to give him formula.
@@shayshields9579 thank you so much. I will definitely try protein shakes!!! 😊

Breast-feeding only lasts for a short time. So if we take a supplement, how long should we take it?
Thank you Dr. B for your wealth of "outside of the box" information.
I was suplementing colostrum for 5 weeks and haven’t gotten any improvement in my immunity (was sick every 2-3 weeks after end of supplementation), nor in my stomach issues or Hashimoto.
Not sure if it’s a sham or it’s just me. But sharing my experience for some balance in the comments.
Health to you all!
@@juliaarambula3153 I agree
What brand of colostrum were you taking?
I had the same thing. Until I cut out Gluten. I never thought I had an issue with gluten. But cutting out gluten + colostrum now helps me a TON.
