A goat saved my life. I damaged my gut biome from antibiotic use in 2007. I began losing weight. I was running to the bathroom up to 6 times a day. I lost 13 pounds in a few weeks on an already light frame. 6’2” down to 153 pounds. I researched that goat milk was closest to human milk (although not very close) of all the ruminant animals. I began drinking 0.5 (one half) gallons of raw goat milk a day. Within two weeks I put back 13 pounds and cleared up 90% of my gut issues. That goat saved my life.

You know what’s hard? Going to doctors in the “real” world who don’t talk to us like Dr Berg talks to us. Instead I get a cold bedside manner and lectured on not taking the jab or rolled eyes when I mention intermittent fasting. Hence I avoid all doctors unless absolutely necessary. - dismiss any questions outside their expertise
    - ultimately don’t help or minimally help, create other problems with meds and lack of understanding, and I end up managing health by myself. It’s pathetic and frustrating.

Bml4646; Then you’re not advocating for your medical care. That means being proactive in your health and wellbeing. Don’t expect doctors to do right by you. Example; I had a kidney stone lodged in my ureter. They knew that I had it. But just wanted to throw meds at it. Then they wanted to subject me to more diagnostic procedures. Test my bladder function? One urinary tube is completely blocked!
It’d be like testing my hand function with a broken arm. Of course it’s going to be compromised bc of my arm fgs. I went in and demanded that I receive surgical intervention. Then had to fight the surgeon for some post surgical pain meds. Had to go above him to get him to prescribe opiates.
When you’re sick, it’s even harder to self advocate. I had a hip replacement too. Same year as my stone removal. They wanted to send me home after one night there. I said no. My pain wasn’t managed and I was incontinent. You cannot release a patient in that condition.
Covid completely changed triage medicine. You had to advocate even harder during the couple years where they were accepting Covid patients ONLY. You pay these doctors. MAKE them do their job.
Yes, there’s the Hippocratic oath of, ‘first do no harm’. But, doing nothing is just as bad as committing an unnecessary medical procedure.

Years later, NPR was discussing lactose bacillus helping with anxiety and depression. I tried everything and found buttermilk worked the best. The bacteria produces serotonin which travels up the vagus nerve. This helped a lot with GI problems for me along with stress and anxiety. I only drink whole milk buttermilk. When one got sick, the whole class in school was sure to get it. 2 or 3 days at home and you were good to go. Mumps, rubella, pertussis, measles - I had it all, and some. I was outside all the time, with bloody knees and other injuries meant to make you tough - there was no one "kissing the booboo" and smearing antibiotics on me - because it was expected. Side note, I intermittent fasted for a few years before my last pregnancy, also mostly keto/low carb lifestyle. This pregnancy was the first time I didn’t have gestational diabetes in 5 pregnancies. Been drinking A2 milk making my own Greek yogurt and Kiefer from it. I buy the VAT pasteurized Alexandre A2 milk. For years I couldn’t have regular milk and I was drinking alternative milks like almond milk. I even reacted to raw milk. I really missed having yogurt because even with yogurt I reacted to it meaning I didn’t make it to the restroom in time. I even tried Lactaid milk and could not tolerate it. It’s been three weeks now and I’ve been pushing dairy to see if I have a reaction to the A2 milk. No reaction.! When I make my Greek yogurt I heat the yogurt to 110 to 115°. It’s already been pasteurized but at a lower temperature. I just keep all my utensils very clean. When I make the homemade kefir, I Alexandre kefir as a starter. So simple to make you can also buy this at Whole Foods and other stores. Some of the A2 milk is ultra pasteurized and I do not buy that kind. So far I am thrilled. It is not cheap to buy the milk but the company did send me coupons. I cut my budget elsewhere. I’m only posting this because if someone wants to continue dairy this may be an answer. The A2 milk has a different protein than A1 milk which is most common in the US it’s just a different cow. It is definitely interesting to look up the difference.

You guys, he's RIGHT. I recently suffered a devastating, tragic loss, very close to me, and about 3 days afterwards, I noticed that all my usual, chronic aches and pains were gone, and my skin's complexion was so clear and beautiful, which was really helpful, of course, at that time. ...but it dawned on me that the first 2.5 days after the loss, I didn't eat anything because I didn't feel like eating. Then the 4th day, I ate a tiny bit, one time, then for the next 3 days I did the same, then in the evenings I was eating big salads, full of green leafy vegetables and cruciferous vegetables, plus vegs for the liver, feta cheese, and Dr. b
Berg's delicious homemade salad dressing recipe. (Sometimes a little hummus with that, or tuna mixed with green salsa.)
I ate 1-2 poached eggs in the morning, and kept taking all my nutritional supplements, as well as my homemade herbal infusions.
My point is, I had not had any sugars nor complex carbs nor carbs....and my inflammation was gone, just a little muscle tension in my upper back and neck, because of the stress of the loss, with all the arrangements we had to make after our loss, plus a close relative who thinks that this is a great opportunity to pick fights with me. 🙄
.....prayer and warm showers helped to melt that away, plus some stretching that Dr. Berg showed us, for upper back, shoulders and neck.

DR. BERG, 2-13-2024. I started using goat colostrum a couple of months ago after seeing this video. Couple of points, here. I ordered it from the company that is most widely known on Amazon. Yesterday I contacted a company in Switzerland asking about theirs. They told me to never use colostrum that is gotten at 48 hours or longer. That theirs is gotten at 18 hours. The other difference is that my company defats theirs, and the Swiss one does not. But, here is the biggest thing, The Swiss company says to follow these 3 rules for colostrum : women use the goat colostrum, period. Men use the cow colostrum, period. And those with allergies or children, use the sheep colostrum, period. He did go a little more indepth as to why, but I thought you might want to consider what he told me. “ In case you are interested in”.

I was diagnosed with IBS...here in the UK doctors don't talk about Leaky Gut. I've been on the low fodmap diet for 3 years. Initially I was very nauseous even with a small amount of the colostrum. I discovered colostrum contains oligosccharides (a high fodmap) so I got a digestive enzyme alpha galatosidase which worked, so now I am nausea free. I have already felt an improvement of my usual gut discomfort. I am feeling very optimistic that this is the answer to my gut problems, I have tried and failed with so many other remedies I was beginning to despair.

I’ve been taking goat colostrum since a holistic MD I was seeing for chronic pain and psoriatic arthritis; he prescribed it and other supplements including NAC and IgG. I haven’t been ill since.
My mother didn’t breast feed, apparently, it “wasn’t done” in her social circle. My brother and I had terrible allergies, I got bronchitis at Christmastime and around June-July almost every year. I began taking homeopathics back in the 1980’s for the allergies and was able to stop desensitizing injections.developed Psoriatic Arthritis, my brother has gout and non-symptomatic Paget’s disease, though autoimmune disease runs in her side; both she and her mother had RA and her sister had lupus.
I’ve noticed that when I don’t take supplements, my pain is much worse and my inflammation markers are much higher. Between the Holistic MD and Dr Berg, I’ve learned so much. Allopathic docs just know how to treat symptoms, not the illness. It’s amazing what can be treated with diet and supplements.

I wanted to share a tip for any pregnant mothers. Pack a syringe in your hospital bag. I've breastfed all 3 of my children (60 months of my life and still counting). 2 of my babies latched on right away. I had to work with one of my babies and teach her how to nurse. It took two days. I didn't allow the nurses to give her formula. I let her try to nurse at each feeding. When she couldn't do it, I would hand express into a cup and then use the syringe to feed her. Expressing the milk promotes more production and not using a bottle helped to prevent nipple confusion.

Now I know why. I had a pre mature baby and when I started breast feeding my baby in the hospital, I also use to freeze some at home and bring it to the hospital to feed my baby when I wasn’t there. When I was able to take my baby home I was asked to leave my frozen bags of breast milk. The nurse told me that it would help certain patients that the hospital treated.

Raw milk cured my chronic bronchitis in my puberty. My parents tried every possible medication, syrups, herbs. But the raw goat milk and the goat fat floating on top of the milk - that’s what saved me from years of constant cough. If anyone tried drinking or even smelling the the floating and melting fat on top of the hot goat milk they would know what it is! I used to close my eyes very very tight and tried not to smell while drinking and swallowing it fast fast! But the goat fast is also recommended rubbing on the child’s chest and feet before bed as a cough remedy. The best goats and goats fat comes supposedly from from some mountainous regions of Italy and also the best from Caucasian Mountains /well, my ancestors region❤️/!

I know a person with autoimmune disease who used to take colostrum years ago to help the immune system fight colds (even pneumonia) and it worked very well. However after several years instead of helping, it triggered the immune system into overdrive and made the autoimmune diseases flare up. So although I'd highly recommend it as very safe to most people, it should be used with caution by people with autoimmune diseases.

She just took medication to suppress the symptoms. Real healing is definitely possible with proper dietary changes. There's a girl on RUclips who put Hydredenitis in remission. I forgot her name (Pretty brown girl I think).

I drank milk until high school without any issues Then all of the sudden my brother and I both started having issues. Years later I married and moved to a dairy farm I learned about hormones in cows The dairy is not allowed to use hormones or vaccines to get in the milk or Kraft would reject the milk And if one cow in 1000 cows accidentally got something, it would show up in the quality control process. Milk wasn’t the problem It was the added hormones given to cows… I can drink raw milk without any issues and I eat Kraft cheese because I know they are strict Other cheeses may have same restrictions but I don’t know which
I’ve divorced and moved but I buy milk from a grassfed Jersey dairy and enjoy milk.

Every time I watch one of your videos where you talk about certain nutrients and foods that can be consumed to for these nutrients and make you healthier I am always reminded of how my girlfriend was raised compared to how I was. Meaning that she is from Mexico and she has straight up told me that I would be having less health issues had I lived there. They eat and consume so many things that are completely natural and much better than what is the normal over here. For example they drink goat's milk pretty often from what I have heard. Me? I have never ever had it and even when first hearing about them drinking it, thought it was gross... Along with other things like they eat more avocado than the average American they home cook dang near everything where as we buy a lot of processed foods and many other things I'm not thinking of at the moment. Along with a tea she introduced me to, that has done wonders for my stomach that no medicine was able to do (including prescription meds from the doctor) at one point when I was really suffering, called Chupa Panza and as the name translates into Stomach Suck or something of the sort.
It is said to help you loss weight but that is because it helps clean you out with nothing but natural ingredients such as flax seed, ginger root, bark of the young branches of cinnamon and more stuff. It has even helped with IBS and I imagine more.
But just my point being, us Americans are more obese and have more health problems than probably any other country.
