I’m a market partner in Monat my friend joined a couple years ago I saw her grow and actually go on trips then I joined and yes it is hard but I see so many doors it can open
Nope. But that’s one of the generic comments MLMs tell their people to say when people say it’s a pyramid scheme. A pyramid scheme is when you make most of your money off of recruitment. These people don’t make money off the products they sell. That’s not how normal jobs work. Also these people don’t “own businesses.” Not to mention not all 9-5s are corporate jobs. In fact MOST of them aren’t. So what you’re saying doesn’t even make any sense.
so how are you trained to know exactly what each person should use on their hair? and do you have any responsibility if something happens to their hair because of the products you recommend?
The company offers trainings. Our team hosts weekly calls. We have a group chat where you can ask questions to some of the market partners that have been in the business longer. You always have to ask the potential client questions about their hair type. You can also offer samples for them to try.
Do not become a Market Partner if you like having money and dislike being hopelessly in debt. Honestly though, I love that Monat is hemorrhaging MPs, even if they are joining other MLMs. Monat has to be one of the worst MLMs, and they have some of the most scammy and annoying distributors. You won't have to worry about taxes because you don't have to pay taxes on Money that you lose.
I just signed up Sunday because I loved the samples I got and I have such an amazing team of ladies. Thanks for making this video. I have so much free time I'm fully committed to this business.
Thanks for watching. You just have to know why you’re in this business. If your Why is big enough then no one can bring you down. It’s not easy to build a business though if you want it bad enough you can make it happen.
I would not take a job if the recruiter or boss gave an answer like that. Every employment agreement I've ever signed gave me a number...either hourly or salary. Even a real commission based sales job can provide a number. If you aren't given some guarantee of how much money you will get per XYZ, then its a scam.
There ain’t no guarantee because it depends on your EFFORT, and work ETHIC. Just like most commission jobs such as realtors, car sales, etc? Why is it so difficult to understand lol😂

If you can do maths or if you don't like scamming people
Hmmmm how is it a scam? Doesn't a scam mean taking from someone and not giving them what you promised? 🤔
So many delusional haters LOL. Haters gonna hate. Without any knowledge of the actual facts and real knowledge of the company 😅🐒
Such a honest honest video
Do not become a Market Partner if you have ethics and do not want to join a Pyramid Scheme 🤔
You sound bitter 🥰
@@Smiley35S there is no bitterness in my tone. It’s simply an admonishment.
Truth
Isn’t a 9-5 job a pyramid too ? 😂

You will be back to tell us why you left when you have only made 200 dollars in a year.
Don't become a MP if you love and respect your friends and don't want to turn them into an income source.
Wonder if you still feel this way…. 😢
How do you deal with the negative persons who try to bring you down...

Fantastic advice ❤
Glad you liked it. Thank you for watching
How much do they make ?
It’s different for everyone.

@@genuinelynat Every job depends on your effort. Most legitimate jobs don't require you to pay to get into a job.
