Funny cause she said she doesn’t believe in cold messaging… networking is part of connecting with people and listening to them. Just like in any other job. When I was a dentist, I had sell certain teeth products for bonuses and etc… but as long as it helps them that’s what matter.

I loved this video it was so very helpful! I am waiting for my products to come in! I have also got my first MP today! So excited to continue this journey!

Not really, her job is to recruit so there’s nothing wrong with that. When you go to a job interview, the first thing they ask you is to tell a bit about yourself. Making a connection with people you’re going to work with is important.
@@AlineLimaOfficial It should be about selling shampoop but it's all about recruiting as you say yourself because they get paid more for scamming...I mean recruiting...people because guess what? Recruiting makes these con artists more money than actually selling shampoop to customers. And what is the definition of a pyramid scheme? When you make more for recruitment than for selling product. Also, the compensation plan is VERY revealing. It's a predatory business model and only the top 1% or so will make a liveable wage (don't forget to deduct all those products you 'have' to buy to promote your business, those taxable trips etc
@@AlineLimaOfficial When I go for a job interview I am 100% aware that it is a business relationship. Someone reaching out and making friends with the pure intention of recruiting them to their business feels insincere, and many people don’t like being treated like that.

I have a question Jo. Everybody talks about how to talk to people, but how to you do to get people? where do you find them? Example: I create an Instagram account and I post videos of the products. People won't come by themselves to see my video. Or, youtube videos, same thing. My question is because I do not know anybody so I have to go for strangers, for people out there. Thank you for your answer.

Thanks so much for this!! Having a lot of people leave me on read even when I’m being genuine and direct to the point. But you’re right that they come back eventually. Some girls I reached out to a year ago that left me read and are now starting to come and show interest!

Hi Jo! I just joined recently, but personally I don’t feel comfortable doing business with family and friends. I’m more comfortable selling the products to them. I’ve seen girls who rank up from MP to MMB in just 30 days! I assume they’re reaching out to people they know or kinda know. It’s easier for me to message my cold market. Any more tips on how to cold message people who already have an interest in the beauty industry, but aren’t yet partnered with beauty brands?
@@laurenelizabeth2955 network marketing isn't for everyone so of course there will be girls who don't agree with it. Not everyone is fit to be an entrepreneur, not every one has the mentality to stick through, not everyone can stay consistent. The girls on my team are KILLING it. @@KaylaMarie_ yes, but your team doesn't sell the products for you. You have to figure out the best way to promote the products and market them in a way where customers come to you. The customer is out there, but instead of having to go out of your way to find them you have to figure out a way to make them come to you. That is where you need to be smart and original. Your team is there for support but you put in the work.

@@KaylaMarie_ yes because teaching others helps to develop your mentor and leadership skills. I'm honest about what we do because I want people on my team who actually want to put in the work and who don't get discouraged easily. Strong minded men and women

because she will get paid more by the people under her, when they sell she gets paid.. No shame in it, I dont see an issue but people not involved in the sales industry wont understand.
@@jesseenixon1692 I work in sales. I get paid a salary and an extra bonus if I hit a monthly sales target. I don't have to hire anyone, I make money from my own sales, and I don't buy any of the product. I've done more research since I made the original comment. I understand the concept now. It's just weird and sounds unethical tbh.
We can sell more products as a team than we can as individuals. We teach other people how to market the product, so that’s why we get a percentage of their sales. But we can’t get promoted in the company unless people on our team do. So we all win together!
