I am new agent, just start 10 days ago. I was watching your videos from last one month and made my marketing approach on video. I made a video about my new career in real estate and shared on my social channels, and believe or not, I got 4 clients who are interested to sell, rent and buy their property with me. So I am trying my best to make 1 video everyday, if not after each day i must. So start is really good. ✌

This implies that portfolios will experience more losses during the first quarter of 2023. I'm currently at a crossroads deciding whether to exchange my $250k security/stock portfolio; how might the continuous market volatility work to my advantage?
Concentrate on two main objectives. First and foremost, keep yourself safe by knowing when to sell stocks to reduce losses and maximize gains. Second, prepare yourself to gain from a market turnaround. I advise you to seek the advice of a representative or financial counselor

Nowadays, buying moving stocks is quite easy; the trick is knowing when to buy and when to sell. The section and leave orders for my portfolio are made by my counsel. accumulated more than $550,000 from a $150,000 savings that was initially stale.

I would expect this video to have a 1.5 million views by now! This is how good it was to me. Here is my plan after seeing this video. I am going to make a video on why I chose real estate as a career. Since I just passed my Georgia exam (March 22, 2022 whoohooo)! I am going to make videos on "my take" regarding how to pass the Georgia state exam, tips ides etc. This is so relative to me right now. It's all I know right now! Got to start with what you know! I will then explain some pathways to entering into the business so that you do not go hungry trying to make it. I will then talk about my prospecting habits...sticking with 1 or 2 activities super consistently. After that, I will video my journey of becoming great, (hopefully in the near future). I am excited and have gotten some really good ideas from this video. This video has also revealed info that Tom Ferry did not even mention. It really gets your mind going about the possibilities that are out there for you!

Definitely need a mentor... just to help prevent the mistakes all new agents make. Once you learn the ropes it’s just about doing the simple revenue producing activities and not getting distracted from what works.

Right and remember he helped Zillow build there monopoly against all of us realtors Zillow are proven crooks they took their stockholders money and bought homes and cut all the realtors out from getting the listing now they have lost there stock holders money. They are the bottom dwellers of the real estate industry.

Trading with an expert is the best strategy for newbies and busy investors who have little or no time to monitor trade
I strongly advise you against self trading, it's really dangerous and had brought so many investors down, you need someone with the knowledge and strategies, someone dedicated to the crypto currency market business, and I will strongly recommend expert, Mrs Karen Charles

Thank you for this video! There are a few good points to be considered from some of these agents. Although, the lady representing Spanish speaking agents is representing such community to come across as unprofessional and arrogant which is not the case. I believe that having an arrogant, unprofessional, and derogatory attitude will not lead an agent to be a good one. "I go to a lot of church seminars", I wonder if she uses profanity there too.
