    Every Tom Ferry video seems to be just real estate motivation. I fast forward through them. 20% usefulness that I have to dig through out of 80% motivational nonsense. Every video seems to be the same as the last. Good stuff

      I think most of his stuff is mindset. Especially the stuff we get on RUclips since it’s free. The practical stuff that we don’t hear, I guess won’t matter if we don’t have the mindset to be consistent, organized with daily tasks that make us efficient?

    What does the 4/2 stand for in point 7? The 5/5/4/2 for calls. First two were said others.... Anyyone?

      I can't find it in my info at the moment but I believe it is set 4 appointments and get 2 listings signed if I'm recalling correctly. I could be wrong

      5/5/4/2 means. 5 New conversations every single day. With people you don't know. 5 New conversations with your sphere and past clients. 4 Follow up contacts. and post two social media posts. 1 has to be a video/ Reel or story. The point is conversation not contact. not call, not e-mail. having a meaningful conversation. There you have it. The formula for success!
