I appreciate this so much. I just got licensed and I am literally a “deer in headlights.”
These videos are starting to become more and more relevant. I'm on the last couple modules of my pre-licensing courses (I'll be done by this Sunday). After that, it's studying and preparing to choose a brokerage and exam date. Here in Ohio, I must have a sponsoring brokerage to be seated for the exam. It's kind of wild how things are about to really starting kicking into gear soon. I'm excited for 2022! Overall, your videos have been helpful, especially coming from someone who is still going through the pre-licensing.

So I have a question for you or for anyone else in the comment section who might be able to relate to my situation.... I recently cut off 99% of my toxic family and moved across the country. I deleted my facebook and most social media and figured I could start fresh. this means that I cut out a lot of "connections" but I needed to do this to protect myself and my health. Has anyone else worked through a situation like this? I look forward to branding myself and re-creating a social presence but it's a little different than most people in real estate I would say.

Send out an email blast through your office saying you are available! And every time you meet an agent introduce yourself and let them know you’d be happy to be of assistance!

Does doorknocking and cold callin in Los Angeles doable? I feel like in that area people don't have time for that way of connecting.

how do you make yourself stand out from the rest of all realtors in LA in order to impress the homeseller?
You have to figure out what your golden nugget is. What is something that you’re good at that stands you apart? Only you can determine your value! And it’s okay if someone else has the same thing - it often comes down to how you deliver it.
@@chloedeverrier another question, Chloe if you don't mind. What would u always do with your House Opening? How do you make people know about it?
Do you think it’s more realistic to set goals like “sell x amount of houses” rather than “make x amount of money”
It really doesn’t matter - it depends on how you want to structure your business! If you do take the “x amount of money” route - you can go from there in breaking down the average sales price point in your city and how many deals you’ll need to close to achieve your number.
