I Left my job to get into real estate! (I am very grateful I am able to do that so I can go all in) and I made the decision with SO MUCH fear knowing I will need to work even more and longer hours for this to work out. Putting my all in NOW, for a better later.... I have never had much guidance for a better future and am figuring it all out on my own, and this made me feel like I finally do have some guidance which brings more comfort than I can explain! you gained a new subscriber!
many of the 90% are afraid of what people may think about them or suffer from rejection or are insecure and are terrible at asking questions let alone listening ... this was informative . I come from the auto industry ... thick skin but soft humble heart
I love this Tina. All these are great tips and advice for any Hungry Real Estate Agents. As a 3X ICON Agent, this mindset is what has kept me going. Even as a successful agent, some of my spheres still work with another agent. You need to have a thick skin to make alot of money in this business. Goodluck to everyone 🚀🙏
Hi! I have been in Retail Store Management for over 20 years and I am seriously considering changing my career to Real Estate. I just found your video and though I have yet to complete watching it, I could not wait to make a comment about it! You are outstanding! - you are very thorough, detailed, passionate, inspiring and a great coach! Thank you for sharing your expertise.
Thank you for opening my mind, clarified why I've been in a FOG MIST for this while as new agent coming from corporate. I really appreciate how you have simplified this, your tips are great thank you.
Omg I love your video. It popped up on my RUclips videos. I want to be a real estate agent so bad and tried to pass the tests 3 times and I haven’t been able to pass. But I won’t give up is my dream job I know it will be very hard but I’m ready for it. Thanks for all these advices and tools. I’m so ready you gave me more reasons to keep going. I need so much help due to my ADHD but I won’t give up. Thanks so much ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
About to take re state exam and made my mind up to join exp vs the others. And besides, follow up skill is my specialty I adopted immediately right after car sales training. Absolutely love this vid too
Tina, I just got my license in Florida. Agree with you 100%. Now, I do not have a sponsor, I did my research and got to eXp Realty. Do I need a sponsor? I think you are great.
When you refer to 5 conversations per day , do you refer to 5 new conversations with new people or would having conversations with your current leads count as well?
I'm ok I literally joined days after getting my license February 22 and they are there to help if you ask. You have a sponsor a mentor a broker not just your broker and endless people in exp world thats there willing to help you it's crazy that people will say that. They have exp University and alot of training videos and live meetings everyday they want you to succeed. I believe it's ok for newly licensed agents I also joined solo but they do have teams.
Very much appreciate the info. I’ve worked for years as an independent contractor in another industry and this common thread of self-ignition and mamba mentality resonates with me. I’m excited for the future and deciding which brokerage to sign with and EXP seems like it might be the best fit. How might I find the best sponsors in my area to contact? North Atlanta/Alpharetta area. Thanks again!
As a Brand New Real Estate Agent, this was so informative and helpful. I definitely am putting the suggestions in to practice. The scripts are made available for eXp agents, but although I registered (twice) after watching the videos I have not received it yet. I also cannot find it on the eXp university site either. Can you please assist?
'Im glad that I stumbled upon your video. Im a new new agent- just passed the licensing exam and ready to put forth all my energy and efforts to become successful. Just the first few minutes of this video was motivation. At this time, I'm stuck on finding the RIGHT broker for me. What questions should I be asking potential brokers? What do I need from a broker as a new agent to be set up for success? What does a new agent look for? Is it an interview that I need I need to have answer prepared for?
Hi Randy, that truly depends on WHO you join up under. There are teams ran by experienced agents who do not leave you in the dark. Additionally you can sign up for an exp mentor for your first two transactions and they will be by your side for both. Someone like Tina Caul has a system in place for new agents, an office building 🏢 to come work from, and additional high level training outside of the exp world daily trainings. Hope this helps clarify the Exp myths out there.
😅I used to say that too when I worked for a competing brokerage. I can tell you I've worked for big and small brokerages and I've never had more support, community and personal opportunity to grow than here at eXp.
I've heard the same thing from people not apart of EXP. I passed National in January and State a few days ago February 2. One of the instructors asked me who do I plan on joining I told her EXP she said think small. I talked with agents new and more experienced they all said good things about exp and they told me it is good for new agents because of training and of course you get a mentor they also told me that have so much training and tools that she was able to Excell or grow faster than she probably would anywhere else. I really want to be able to work from home and be able to run my own business. I really want to talk more with some experienced agents and maybe find a mentor who could help me and to be able to make my first sell within months of starting. They also walked me through the virtual website I'm now waiting to get my license and join a brokerage
I’m a brand new realtor w exp thank you for this video
Had someone try to recruit me yesterday!
They get referral fee for recruiting you
I'm loving it. She teaches so much. Thank you so much

Finding the right mentor is the best thing anyone can do, they can make you a successful agent if you're coachable.
So very true.

New People. People that are already in your database (KvCore) is considered follow-up.
Goodluck
@@walelawalSo you’re adding 5 new people a day essentially to create that pipeline

"Building wealth is like climbing a mountain; investing is the steady ascent, retirement is the summit."
Great analogy! Climbing toward retirement takes effort, but the financial freedom at the top is worth it.
Great insight! I'd love to meet a financial adviser who can help me climb the financial ladder effectively.
Great point, With my adviser’s help, I’ve climbed the financial ladder, making informed decisions that support my retirement goals.
My CFA NICOLE ANASTASIA PLUMLEE a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her credentials further.
Thank you for this amazing tip. I just looked the name up and wrote her.
First, go say hello to the other 60,000 agents that are your competition. (in AZ)
Can you succeed as a part time .? I’m a designer studying for my architect license but will like to get into investment after I get license

There's very little fun in real estate. Sorry to break it to ya.😶
What do the 5 conversations look like?
I’ve been told to stay away from exp if you are new because you won’t have the support that is needed.
