when I first became an agent I did open houses until I was SICK fri-sun for 9months I only got 2 transactions. Better then none but very very exhausting most people who walk in already have agents but it does work and you get better as you go along. Going too get back into outbound leads hoping it goes better this time. Love the videos
How did you get so many open house just asking agents in the office?
everyone always says open houses, but i have no listings to host them ? i have reached out to agents in my company to host them for it but no one wants to allow people to host it for them .. what should i do?
When I started doing open houses before covid, it was 🔥now it's picking back up.

Brandon, what's the best way to promote the open houses? I typically only get 3-5 people at the open house. Most represented. I feel like open houses have changed due to technology. 3d views online. Most see what they want to see before leaving the house. Also, the open house I'm promoting isn't necessarily the price point for my FB and Instagram followers. How do I reach everyone and educate?

Hey Brandon, one strategy we’re running for our real estate clients is hiring a US based sales team that runs outbound prospecting for them
We also run paid ads to get home valuations and use our sales team to follow up with those sellers for agents
We get paid when we book real estate agents with listings from our outbound prospecting and inbound ads

Be careful. If this guy actually knew how to get leads, how to make money as a relator, he would. Since he can't make money that way, he will try to make money by "teaching" you. Always remember, those who can, do. And those who can't, teach.
Not true. There are people who have been very successful in real estate and then pivot to coaching or teaching for various reasons.
You mention downsizers. I think that is a great niche, but what script would we use? I've downloaded the scripts but there isn't one specific to downsizers.
