This is such an informative interview. I've been an agent for 5 years. The first 2 years I had no idea what I was doing, couldn't afford to join the board - wasted a lot of money on learning secrets of the trade that never worked, had a broker I learned nothing from except how to not treat my agents. It took me three years before I closed my first deal. A lot of hard work, staying focused and investing in yourself and business. There are no secrets just honest hard work and being honest with people. Thank you Enes!!!🌺

I've been a Realtor for many years. When Santiago talked about focusing on ones strengths/passions for success, he hit the nail on the head. Whether a new comer or seasoned Realtor, we are tempted to try the latest "secret" to success. And of course, there are no secret methods in real estate.

I love this channel and especially this video bro. The interviews with the big guys and listening to them being HONEST about how NOT GLAMOROUS the real estate life can and all the BTS and "Day in the life" footage can be is very refreshing. Along with the " smaller" more "realistic" house tours this channel can become one of the most popular real-estate based channel on the tube. Great work to you and the team

Santiago (and Enes) are the opposite of what I would expect an LA real estate agent to be. I have this image in my mind of a slimy guy lying his way into selling houses, but you guys seem very earnest and focused on putting in the hard work required to develop an edge over the competition. It's great to hear other people's stories as to how they made it, but I have to say like if I wanted to immigrate to the USA it will take me over a year, but it's my dream, and never say never. Santiago really seems like a hardworking chap and you to Enes and of course Mikie too, could you do a full tour of this house Wow looks fab from what i can see, keep up the fantastic work

Only Enes could get me to watch a Video about becoming a successful RE Agent. lol I'm retired. But I find his videos interesting no matter the subject. Very good tips are given on the subject.
Enes I like how you try to at least acknowledge as many posts/comments as you can. I woke up today to over 100 birthday wishes on my FB account and I always try to at least 💖 them all as you do here. But as you grow it will become harder and harder to keep up with all of the comments so we have to learn how to adapt to make everyone feel special as we grow. It will be fun to see how you do this. I've enjoyed seeing you and Mikey grow and improve on your videos. One of the things I appreciate about you, you mentioned you did rentals in the beginning, I like that you actually built homes for a while as that knowledge is obvious as you give us the tours of the homes/buildings since you understand why something is used or how it works and you are also not afraid to admit if you do not know something and ask us to comment if we know the answer. This went longer that I anticipated, so will stop. I just wanted to let you know I appreciate you and all that you do. Hugs 💖

This interview gave me the courage to go out and pursue my career in real estate. It was great hearing the honest lows and highs of the job and what it would take without being dramatic of how hard it is, or washing away what struggles lie ahead.
