These ten million dollar homes are overpriced regular homes. Nothing special. In ANY other city..that house is not even a million.
I wouldn't even feel bad for Harry Potter if he had to sleep under those stairs.
LOVE how these 'budget' homes are often more times than not more spectacular then the mega mansions valued at 50+ million, and far more practical in terms of use and layout. 5 minutes in and i just had to pause just to comment that i already love this house haha! keep up the amazing work guys!!
after a certain stage the characteristics of the house just become a checkbox on the list to increase market price and arent any thoughtout details.
those 50+ mil houses are just padded with a bunch of unnecessary shit to get the price as high as they can

2:40 The door color in the bedroom off the garage is called Celadon green it is named after a type of ceramic that originated in China. Celadon is both a color and a glaze that was developed and refined during the 10th and 11th centuries. Celadon, the color, has undertones of gray and jade.

I agree. The homes on the main channel ranging from $30-100 million are not homes, they’re resorts. They look beautiful but they’re so massive that I can’t imagine my family and I living there and actually seeing each other. Each member would have their own corridor…
A theatre room should always be included at this price point. Beautiful home though!

My mom loved this property. She said 10 million isn't that much. I guess we have to become millionaires pretty soon and get one of these homes. Having lived in LA she too can feel the heat of the sun when we watch your videos. Makes us so nostalgic! Thank you.

Hands down my favorite house to date. Period. The one design aspect that I don’t like it the trim relief at the bottom of the walls. I don’t know if it is truly a relief in the trim, or if it is just wood painted black, but I can see tons of dust chilling down there. Aside from that, this house is beautiful. Location, furniture, materials, everything. So incredibly well designed, and so well presented on your behalf.

Another RUclipsr recently featured this property. I literally disliked it when he toured it and liked it quite a bit after watching this tour. Your energy matched the house, and it make the whole feel right. You are the king of the property tour! (minor nitpick: in my opinion you should have shown the walk-in pantry. It's super cool, and watching only this tour it just felt like it was typical cabinetry)

i know i say this alot in both channels but im a sucker for a good smart layout. i always love when the family room is much separated from the formal living room/dining room. it gives it more intimate casual vibe. and gawd i think that's the most beautiful backyard i've ever seen. the spectacular view is given, but i love how minimal and open yet private and intimate it is at the same time! im obsessed with the huge tree in the middle of the green grass, and the dining table beside it!

16:04 Mikey was correct, it is a vertical subway tile. Subway tiles are a style of white glazed ceramic tile, as used on the walls of the New York City subway stations in the early twentieth century, it classically has an uneven surface and is usually 6" to 8" in size.

My preference over the more expensive homes. The kitchen is gorgeous and has much more counter space. Those 75M homes have too much unused space to suit me and I love the coziness of this home. Ty so much !
