Some adults don't even leave their house because they love it so much, isn't that the point to buy a home that completely fits all your needs, and then have things delivered to ya. It's a way of life for some. Even the higher middle class have nice size homes that are tucked away on long drives. Best of living.

This is by far the most beautiful and well thought off house I've ever seen. I've seen houses on numerous channels with much much higher price tags, but they're always so over te top pretentious en show offish. This one has style, nice proportions, good quality. Built for living. And boy would I love to live in this. Thank you for showing us this marvelous house!

This house was so neat with the modern additions - steam oven, beautiful marble blacksplash in the kitchen (TOTALLY NEVER SEEN ONE LIKE THIS BEFORE) the much needed at home DRY Cleaning closet & automated doors & pool jets. Looking at it again right now... ENES! I'm telling you, with your attention to details and the way you have shaped the taste of your viewers, you might as well design houses

I’ve seen a lot of big homes for like 20 million on youtube. All don’t have that home feeling and are just to big. This one is of course big but gives you that home feeling and no overdone things. Really like this one!!

Enes is the best LA agent I've seen on RUclips, and this is my favourite house he's toured. Enes blends great videography, detailed descriptions of the houses, and classy casual demeanor (unlike some other "bro" and "dope" LA agents on RUclips). As a suggestion for a new video, I'd love to see one where Enes "designs" a Hollywood modern moansion: what type of pool would he choose from the houses he's toured so far, what bar set up, etc?

I may never be able to afford a house like this, but seeing these houses gives me an idea of what is high-end over what isn't. The floating counters are an especially nice classy touch which not a lot of houses achieve. And the nice mix of light-colored wood and darker ones, plus the stones, etc. Excellent.

Wow! Definitely a party house. Very nice. I love the glass pocket doors that open up to the outside. Don’t want to waste that beautiful California sunshine! I couldn’t see myself living in it, myself. But for a celebrity or someone important who does a lot of entertaining for their business, this is fantastic. Everything you need is there.
This is one of the better homes you've toured. I appreciate the look at the Creston panel and some of the control.

The most incredible thing about this ultra modern home is that it still feels very homely, a lot of these type of houses look and feel a little soulless, this one is absolutely beautiful, truly an architectural masterpiece, great video too, you really have a real talent for showcasing these properties 😎

The clean minimalistic super modern style is my favorite - what a gorgeous house.
The movie theatre is incredible!!!, looks so cozy…I would have many movie nights there.
I’m surprised it’s only 18.7mil to be honest - I would’ve expected it to be at least 30-40mil in Beverly Hills.

This is my favourite house that I've seen so far (I haven't seen them all yet, not even close to that anyway). I have seen some for around 40 Million, and even if they may have more square feet, they cannot compare to this one. Anyway, I'll keep checking others. I can’t chose what the best part of this mansion is everything is unbelievable but if I had to chose I’d say the bathrooms in the master bedroom there so modern and decorative it really gives the master bedroom a nice touch.
