I don't normally envy the lifestyles afforded by this luxury living, but man what I would give to live in a home like these with this kind of outdoor access. It's total paradise. The homes would make for a really amazing retreat center, for writing or trauma healing etc... Thanks for the amazing tour! You guys put so much work and thought into your these videos.

I am still on the first house. And I am impressed. When you buy a property like this, you aren't buying what is built in it, you are buying nature. A piece of the world all to yourself. A quiet place to live in with your family and loved ones. I think someone who owns a property like this is one of the most successful people in this world, and doesn't even matter if they are the richest or not. Just having the sea, the mountains, the trees, all the green, breath the pure air, I honestly think it is priceless. I know that 110mil is a lot of money, And even though I don't have that huge amount of money and probably never will to spend in a property, I can not see all the extension of what it can buy and not think it is worth it. And to sum it up, we had the best person who could ever tour a property to show us everything that 110mil can buy. Enes Yilmazer.
taxes are unaffordable, the organic farm seemed to not be profitable enough. these investment homes just bring money for the bank and the builder. some mafia boss might buy the ranch at some point, then maybe the government will confiscate it. just been an empty house for close to a decade. again everything is just large and extravagant and expensive because rich people dont know what to do with their money and they feel important when surrounded by more things than they need. the workers that build these houses live in near slums.
Honestly, my favorite part was seeing the mechanical rooms. Enes is right, taking pride in not only the surface level, but functionality of the house for future is extremely important. Very few can afford to emulate the bespoke details of these homes, however there are the little things such as attention to service and ergonomics that should definitely trickle down to the masses.
Still confused about the 3 server cabinets for home automation. That's a server park size for mad computing or hosting a huge website with 1 million visitors an hour. Even the biggest home automation can run on a small desktop computer. Maybe for a hundred cameras around your house, it requires 1 server cabinet with 10 servers to record things. Can anybody explain this?
Some people watch TV or go out, I prefer to binge home tours. Enes, Mikey & team simply are the best. The views and details in these properties are simply incredible

This is one of my all time favorite properties on the planet. I’m actually stuck between Bel Air The One & this property. I love the two beautiful homes, the ocean views in the front & the Mountain Views in the back & side, the grounds of the hacienda & the peacefulness. I can see myself writing a book there. Who needs a vacation if you own this property. I look at this video 1-2 times per week as well as do Google Earth views over the property quite often. Also, the fact that you own the ocean shoreline as well is sick. There are a number of people I watch showing properties and Enes, you have beat out the rest. I love Mikey, how you two interact & I love his voice as well. I love when you say Mind Bottling & you’re Lost For Words. Keep up the good work!

I think it's a bargain at 110. Miles of paved roads, 3 mansions built to survive an H bomb, 3600 acers, a very top end ranch and farm, miles of beach and views. The income from two of the houses would be huge which is good 'cause the monthly bills for this property must be wild.

i like it that the house doesn’t feel like a mausoleum with some modern futuristic minimalist interior design. even though it feels really big, it is somehow more homey and warm and inviting especially at the front yard of the first house with that amazing ocean view..

I was gasping for air when I seen the hallways and ceilings. So much beauty during the day, I could simply imagine how beautiful it looks at night with all the lighting from all the lamps all around nooks and crannies giving such a warm and cozy feel of such a huge estate. The homes of the Mediterranean always pulled the most from the natural landscapes they were on.
That was so epic, that there are simply no words grandure enough. However, I do feel slightly jaded or robbed even that you didn't stretch that to 3 episodes, as each property was more than worthy enough of its own showing. By far the quickest 49 mins of my life.

I know that this is an older video, but I felt compelled to thank you for the review of the utility room. These larger homes are amazing, but the effort dedicated to the utilities plumbing and wiring is often overlooked. It was also interesting to hear that the home used metal instead of stick construction.
I prefer the third property, like you said “it looks like your in Italy” being Italian it does give me that feeling of being in Italy. The views are just soo peaceful. Thank you for showing us all these property.

Few points from this day 1 fan; I really love the crossover into ranches. They're always a wonder to behold, especially with your fine eye to detail. 2. If you do more of these, a Google aerial image of the terrain would help with the mental image a lot. Please do more ranches whenever they come by. Your fans are loyal and love your attention to detail. There's absolutely no reason to compromise the details for a more compact video. Believe me your fans would watch an hour of you and the gang shooting paintballs at each other

The first and third homes here are so much nicer than the “modern” LA MegaMansions that I watched. These seem like wonderful Homes to live in.

I think it's a bargain at 110. Miles of paved roads, 3 mansions built to survive an H bomb, 3600 acers, a very top end ranch and farm, miles of beach and views. The income from two of the houses would be huge which is good 'cause the monthly bills for this property must be wild.

i like it that the house doesn’t feel like a mausoleum with some modern futuristic minimalist interior design. even though it feels really big, it is somehow more homey and warm and inviting especially at the front yard of the first house with that amazing ocean view..

I was gasping for air when I seen the hallways and ceilings. So much beauty during the day, I could simply imagine how beautiful it looks at night with all the lighting from all the lamps all around nooks and crannies giving such a warm and cozy feel of such a huge estate. The homes of the Mediterranean always pulled the most from the natural landscapes they were on.

That was so epic, that there are simply no words grandure enough. However, I do feel slightly jaded or robbed even that you didn't stretch that to 3 episodes, as each property was more than worthy enough of its own showing. By far the quickest 49 mins of my life.

I know that this is an older video, but I felt compelled to thank you for the review of the utility room. These larger homes are amazing, but the effort dedicated to the utilities plumbing and wiring is often overlooked. It was also interesting to hear that the home used metal instead of stick construction.

I really love the crossover into ranches. They're always a wonder to behold, especially with your fine eye to detail.
2. If you do more of these, a Google aerial image of the terrain would help with the mental image a lot.
Please do more ranches whenever they come by.
Your fans are loyal and love your attention to detail. There's absolutely no reason to compromise the details for a more compact video. Believe me your fans would watch an hour of you and the gang shooting paintballs at each other

Great property, great location. I like #1 best and would love to relax by that pool. So close to the large towns yet so secluded, peaceful and easily accessible. Very nice stonework on the patios. I could easily live there. Thanks for sharing.
