- Winning every listing is one of the top goals of every agent. You may think it’s impossible, but I’m telling you that it’s completely possible and sharing with you the secret to making this happen!

I am 19 and i just started my Real Estate career and i have learned soooo much from just watching your videos. A lot of this information isn't given for free and isn't provided by many RE companies so its awesome how you allow people to get a hold of it through your videos. Although i an pretty young, these videos give me confidence because experience does matter, but if you don't put in the effort to learn as much as you can everyday and update yourself on any information concerning your career, you will not grow anymore than where you are now. I definitely don't want to do that so i really appreciate your videos because it helps us have a resource for new tactics and better ways to grow our own business!

I think professional boundaries are so important! I have learned that the hard way. Always keep it about the client and why your there. Just my opinion..
Different strokes for different folks :) Some people like to talk about their cats and bond, and some directly want to get into Net Sheet!
Wish we had agents in a realistic market on this panel. Those of us in a market where average list price is 200k on east coast. These guys sell one home and it's more than we do in a year.
not only that, but some client's don't need a cleaning lady, they need Mary Kondo to do some work for them

Right like one person said he sells 15 a year well that’s great if you’re making millions off 15. I would need 200 transactions to make 3 million vs his 15
Hey man, I just got licensed this march of 2022, I’m going on a listing presentation next Monday for house that’s priced at 2.395 million. I haven’t even sold a single house yet. Nothing is guaranteed(I may not get the listing, but that’s not stopping me from putting my best foot forward) but I’ve learned overtime from failing and eventually succeeding with a home health care business that if you accept a $1500 check, that’s all you’ll get in life. If you want a $10k check, then develop $10k habits, and it up from there.

The worst part of real estate are the arrogant agents. Brokers want you in the office to get to know other agents? Why? They don’t want to help you, they don’t speak and act superior. I have read things agents write and heard them speak- absolutely no reason for the arrogance.

$42k and how will they pay for marketing? Yous are wasting a lot of time and money if your creating marketing material for listings. The house and the list price sells the house, especially in this sellers market. Please stop trying to make things more extravagant than they need to be. Your just stroking yourself to feel like your at a higher standard. Lol Please/
