Hey, I’ve been crunching your videos for the past two weeks. It’s opened up my eyes tremendously! So thank you for that. I’m just getting started in the business now. I have a course scheduled in May. I’m doing as much info gathering and learning as I can before I even get licensed. One of the things I’m struggling is figuring out how and what marketing methods I will be using to stick out, be different and come across professional right from the start. I’m not starting with much money in the bank and definitely don’t have the available funds for marketing companies to create social media ads, flyers etc. besides the initial branding which I put away money for, what would you say is a good way to get out there and be seen without totally breaking the bank? (Getting licensed in NJ (Jersey shore area).

Hi Tom I am about currently getting my licence now but a common question I am asked is "have you ever bought a house yourself?" this is because I am 19. I have not however I have been working as a Personal assistant for a salesperson for almost a year. Do you have any suggestions as to a good reply.
I started in Real Estate when I was 19 as well. I ran into this as well and often found that people were thinking "what do you know?" because of my age. The best response was always to use the office to my advantage. I always told people that I had a great team at my office with years of experience. If I didn't have an answer for them I would also find an answer. That seemed to work as then they felt like they weren't just relying on my but they had my entire office on their side to guide them through the process and that everything would be taken care of. Good luck and don't give up. Be consistent in whatever you do and you will grow

I feel like this video was customized for me because I have done about a bajillion searches for every one of your scripts videos to commit to memory. The dialogue is just too good. However in the Phx market we have one of the lowest inventories we've seen since 05/06. Selling a home in certain zipcodes only takes a few days. What's your script for that. Or being up against the ibuyers who have flooded our local market. Would love info on this from you.
Specifically for the hows the market when the first time home buyer is being squeezed out of the market as well as for sellers when a whispering that you are selling gets you 5 offers over asking?
