I would like to see an actual presentation with a customer (real or staged) so that i can see how visual aids are presented, tangibles, if there is a walkthrough, paper signing or send through email with docusign and data entry form for MLS. Thank you. Great info, love the backwards case study vs. promises!

You're right, its about improving and knowing the listing presentation and everything else just comes naturally. Since I started watching your videos I feel prepared and confident in my listing presentations. I've been a buyer's agent for 2 years and wondered why I couldn't get any listings. Since I started watching the videos I've gone on 3 listing appointment in two weeks and getting ready for my 4th one later today. Thank you for sharing!

This is the best show so far Tom. I am studying for my license in real estate. I am watching all of your videos before I get them. You are such an inspiration. I feel as if I can be a master of this before I even get started thanks to you. I was scared of my decision to get into this business but now i am excited beyond belief. Thanks Tom!

You said it....the BEST TFS so far - EVER! I have watched this 5 times already and still have to watch it again to retain all of the GREAT information that is included. Your micro-classes are NEVER too long...they always leave me wanting more. The information you provide in these videos along with the coaching I receive each week and the daily FB Group interaction, has made a huge difference in my attitude, mindset and my business! Thank you Tom for all that you do!

Tom, you nailed this one! Not too long at all. I felt like you took me on a listing journey! I will definitely use concepts and ideas from this. Loved your humor about how so many Realtors do the same sing song presentation. We need to have a system/process/storyline and create new paradigm shift in how we present ourselves now that it is 2016!

Probably one of the best sales training videos I have watched this year, and I don't sell houses. Nice job Tom, I appreciate the training. I found you by chance and subscribed probably 6 vids ago, but immediately after watching the first one. I like the energy and how you get into the customer's brain. You are displaying the Platinum rule and teaching it well.

Tom Ferry, you knock it out of the park every single time. Today’s my 30th day here in Costa Rica with two more months to go. I am so enjoying laying on my floating in the pool each day around this time and listening to you.
Okay Folks, if you’re not paying attention to what Tom is trying to teach you, no wonder you’re struggling.
If you are paying attention to what Tom is teaching you, no wonder you’re getting ready to excitedly pay the IRS a huge check…And that’s because you’re making a huge money!
And if you’re REEEEEAAAAALLLLLLYYY following him, you also have a life!
You’re the man Tom Ferry! Five star review!

Hey Tom great video!! Love the ideas, and the points about standing out again other agents out there.... I ran into a issue last week, with being new to the area, even though I've sold real estate for over 4 1/2 years. Its hard to get people to understand sometimes no matter where your selling homes, at the end of the day, we are pricing the home correctly, selling their "home", driving traffic into view it, get buyers excited about living there, not the area, thats just a wonderful perk!
    Keep the videos coming!

Great video! I'm a new agent that hasn't done a listing presentation let alone sold a house. My question is do I use my companies track record or leave it out? How would I reverse engineer the sales process? Would I once again you my companies averages on what we're doing?? Keep the videos coming. I'd like to see a mini series on how new agents to get started and how to overcome the objections.

I use this and Toms listing/marketing book. I customized it to my brand and it’s beautiful. NO ONE has anything like it, so when I show up with it on my listing presentation, sellers are blown away. I have digital and print versions. In the prequal call I ask if they prefer digital or phone/in person contact and if they prefer digital I use an iPad presentation (with print copy with me in case tech failures) Good luck!

I loved this video. I am a "new" agent with no sales. I sort of know things Im supposed to do, but nothing I have learned has been as comprehensive as this particular training. Thanks.

Like i said it it's great information!🥳🤯😎

Loved the advice as per usual!! I think a great follow up video (one that would help me personally and I’m sure many others) is maybe looking at the physical listing presentation and it’s actual content, like what to put in it, and what not to have. I’ve seen listing presentation of over 26 pages and even as an agent that seems a bit intense lol, maybe something 6-12 pages of important and crucial content, any thoughts, tips, or advice would be great! (Also, 26 min for this video wasn’t bad at all, flew by! 👌🏼)

I am reworking my listing presentation. I have saved the link and emailed to myself so I can listen to it in my car on the way to appointments!

I am fairly new to real estate, and I have been thoroughly enjoying your videos, Tom.
You mentioned visuals. Someone told me that writing things down on a pad of paper during your presentation is actually a great way to make information stick in someone's brain.
I'm not sure if this is true, but rumor has it that Sprint has mandated this in their stores. So if you go in to talk about cell phone plans, they immediately pull out the pad and the pen.
Might be a subtle behavior to help differentiate you in a presentation.
    Thanks Tom!

Great Presentation. I love the "Story" and the Big signs: $,Time, .....Team... I will, definitely, incorporate it on my LP.

Thank you Tom! I loved it and will totally steal it for my office! The only thing I'm not sure about is how does a "new" Realtor follow through to step 5? ie. How does a new Realtor tell a client about the process if they've never had a sale before, or it was not comparable, or it was a while ago? Thanks again Tom! Great vid! (ps. it was not too long! Sorry Taz)

+Jax Robinson Great question! I have an idea...
So, I was a newbie in 2011, having a great 1st year and establishing good habits. Then, parenthood called on my amazing husband and me.

Tom it's refreshing to understand this concept. Take away wins reverse it. We do this with price but never thought about reversing the process. Thank you

Very worthwhile, solid points of reference, easy to create the "story" using this type of flow. I will dive into this case study system tonight at my listing appointment...I'll get it using this presentation style - Thanks, you just helped me earn some cash!!
