Why if you have the 3 step routine were you have two shampoos and one conditioner( that duo that target oil) Do you double wash on both shampoos ??

Can you help find products for my mom and friend? Very fine, dry, frizzy, and experience hair loss/thinning
For those with super thick hair, is a quarter sized amount of shampoo and conditioner enough? I’ve always had to use about a silver dollar size amount.
Shampoo is only used to wash your scalp, not for all of your hair. As for conditioner, make sure you lather a quarter size amount on the palm of your hand before applying it to your hair
