so how are you trained to know exactly what each person should use on their hair? and do you have any responsibility if something happens to their hair because of the products you recommend?

Do not become a Market Partner if you like having money and dislike being hopelessly in debt. Honestly though, I love that Monat is hemorrhaging MPs, even if they are joining other MLMs. Monat has to be one of the worst MLMs, and they have some of the most scammy and annoying distributors. You won't have to worry about taxes because you don't have to pay taxes on Money that you lose.

People leave because theyre truly not passionate about this business model or products. If they were they would stay. If you’re trying to climb the ranks, you can forget about it because even the top earners with tons of followers and “influence” have clearly hit a ceiling. Now there’s no where else to climb and trying to maintain a certain rank while depending on others is NOT sustainable period. Unless you were the lucky few to start at the beginning growing a huge big team and maintaining it will be slim chances. If you love the products, you’ll be fine and probably earn a decent income because your sharing what you love. Don’t join for the money or status.. those that did and enjoyed it are the ones that left recently. They had the mindset, the drive and motivation but that stress of trying to earn the top income every month was very hard for even them. Start your own business and be passionate about it, no one can take that away from you all you have to do is keep working your own business for the long term. I left Monat and started my etsy shop as a stay at home mom, it now earns an extra $2500 a month and on top of that I’m becoming a fitness instructor because that’s my passion and it’s sustainable.
