It’s been months since it’s been over, and I’ve come to the realization that, yes, this is the end. She said that she’s only dating this guy and doesn’t want anything serious, yet she omitted the fact it’s someone from work, and this new guy has already been staying over at her place shortly after our breakup. And as much as I fight to block her from my thoughts, I carry this agonizing sadness I can’t shake off. I’m forcing myself to get out into the dating scene, find other distractions, and still depression looms over me. I wish I can speed up time so that I can heal from this phase of my life, again.

I do believe there is such a thing as a soulmate or rather. The love of your life. I feel there’s always a person where connection is just the way you want it.
