    These are exercises we should do everyday ..but can skip push up and squats ...so that if you are doing daily your muscle will not needed any relax😊

      Dude I am 14 years old...i am working out from 1 year...my height is increasing normally like others...i do 200 push-ups and many other exercises but no problem happened... But one think you should remember you won't gain as much muscle a adult would gain...in this age our body don't prioritise muscle gaining hence even after years of workout you won't look as shredded as you see people on RUclips...but still it helped me in strength gaining

    सर मेरे लीवर में काला पीलिया होने के कारण थोडा प्रॉब्लम है fatty लीवर हो जाता है कभी कभी तो क्या मैं व्र्काऊट कर सकता हुँ?और साथ में ये सप्लिमेंट ले सकता हुँ क्या प्लीज रिप्लाई में बताएं । बहुत अच्छा आप सिखाते हैं और अच्छे physical टीचर हैं
