      @@Copsanjana atleast aapko lagatar koi bhii diin break na lekar jiitna bhii pain ho kuch bhii ho break nahi lena h us pain ko feel karke running karna h motivate karna h khudko like mera style se bolu toh aap ladki ho naa aap pehle sir kaa techniques dekho sir kese exercises kar raha h wo karo haafte me 4 baar atleast aur running se pehle body ko acchese stretching karna h aur high kneee karna h 30 taak giinke 3 baar repetitions marna h 30 taak highnee uske baad 1min cooldown ese 3 times karna h phiir thora saas ko control karne ke baad dhiire dhiire running ko suru karo aapna speed dhiire dhiire bharaw last me jo target rakha h uske 100m aagese aapna full speed me biina ruke target ko last me pura karna h ese daily limit badhate raho like aaj 1.6km running kiya kaal 1.8km uske baad 2km ese badhate raho daily limit aapne body ko set karo
