@@pra7364 Sorry to reply late. There may be something wrong with my shoulder. Whenever I do push-ups or any exercise, it hurts really bad. I think it is because of tug-of-war game So I let it cool down for 3 months, but it still takes time. I need to visit the doctor now. On a side note, this exercise got me hooked on getting better, I have had LASIK surgery, and now I don't wear glasses. Also, eating healthy and acne e's 99% gone. Will make a doctor's appointment next month once my eyes are back to normal It's been 2 months, but I have not lost much muscle mass. More importantly, my improved body shape is still there. Just hoping I can get back to working out as soon as possible. 😀

I am doing this workout for 2 months and this workout is best for beginners. You will also gain some muscle mass also. After a period of time this workout is become easier day by day ,that's why after few weeks you need add cycling ,jogging or walking to maintain the workout intensity. 2 months completed... 1st month was evening workout 2nd month started morning workouts along with intermittent fasting (11 to 7 eating window)... Finally lost 4 kgs and my body has started toning up too... 👍

I was 13 when I started weight lose (dw I was still eating ) since I had gained a lot of body fat thanks to the inactivity during the lockdown. I did his old 20 minutes workout everyday to first lose weight and switched to his new one (this one) somewhere last year .Now I am 15 , I have not only lost weight but also become kinda muscular LMAO. @@AnkitaSingh-em9ct it's very quick and simple just take 2 to 3 hibiscus flower (if not available you can buy it's dry powder online) now take 1 glass water and hibiscus flower then let it boil till the water gets bluish black or slightly purple in colour (to turn it red add some drops of lemon juice) and consume it as you like.. I prefer to drink it when it comes to room temperature

To be honest this time the abdominal are more effective than the previous one's I feel like I am gonna to melt all the fat on my abdominals, thanks for this exercise. we really appreciate those efforts of your 😊.
@@avadhkarthik257 yeah but doing abdominal will have greater impact on that area resulting in tightning of the muscles in that area with burning the fat present in there u can do spot reduction but u cant do a particular area fat reduction for example u have seen people who have greater upper body but poor lower body.... cause they concentrate more on their upper and connect their mind with it but in the case of lower they dont concentrate they just do it,to just do it not for gain but for showing

@@naveenkamath5854 I did followed a simple diet plan but always relapsed to binge eating or sweets etc for some days. Diet was always an on and off game. It's still the same. But overall I tried to avoid junk eating and added nuts, almonds etc to diet. Yes I took most lesser amount of outside food than ever, due to covid. I did bought a smart weight machine with app sync and regularly measured weight. That helped me big. I think it's a necessary in weight loss game.

@Tarunveer try doing it in the evening and if you don't have trouble sleeping then you can do it in the evening and if you can't sleep then morning might be better... If you do it in the evening then do it at least 4 hours before sleeping..

@@adityabhardwaj2817 hey Aditya ... You can follow both videos alternatively as both of them focuses on almost all muscles only the exercises are different so it's nice to have a variety. Secondly to gain muscle mass you can take whey protien , egg whites or any other protien rich diet for recovery and remember to get big you have to eat big ..not junk food but a good carbs , protien and healthy fat rich diet daily...as you can only gain weight by consuming surplus calories everyday..hope it helps!

I have been doing this workout for over a week now. It's truly amazing, every major muscle of the body is targeted. I customised this workout a bit, I do a total of 4 minutes of skipping in the part where we would have used dumble because I have quite good muscle mass in hands and shoulders. I need to cut down my belly fat. Honestly speaking the last circuit becomes pretty hard for me due to the cardio I do, but this session is the best I have seen on RUclips. @@adityabhardwaj2817 Sorry for what? You can follow any of these because both of them are for beginners. But still, if you have any doubt, you can try the older version for 1 month and then the new version for 2nd month. Then, whichever you like doing, continue with that one.
@@adityabhardwaj2817 Or you can do one thing, you can follow the 1at and 4th cycle from the older version and 2nd and 3rd cycle of the new version. And don't worry if you are skinny, you'll start gaining muscle mass in 21 days because I also have gained much.

@@AnkitaSingh-em9ct it's very quick and simple just take 2 to 3 hibiscus flower (if not available you can buy it's dry powder online) now take 1 glass water and hibiscus flower then let it boil till the water gets bluish black or slightly purple in colour (to turn it red add some drops of lemon juice) and consume it as you like.. I prefer to drink it when it comes to room temperature

@@avadhkarthik257 yeah but doing abdominal will have greater impact on that area resulting in tightning of the muscles in that area with burning the fat present in there u can do spot reduction but u cant do a particular area fat reduction for example u have seen people who have greater upper body but poor lower body.... cause they concentrate more on their upper and connect their mind with it but in the case of lower they dont concentrate they just do it,to just do it not for gain but for showing

@@vaibhavyadav2674 Well, I became less lazy than i used to be. 😅 And within 5 months I notice my shoulder and muscles have developed and become stronger.....and no I didn't follow any diet but was sure to eat paneer once in a while as it contains protein which helps in muscle building..... ✌🏼

@@naveenkamath5854 I did followed a simple diet plan but always relapsed to binge eating or sweets etc for some days. Diet was always an on and off game. It's still the same. But overall I tried to avoid junk eating and added nuts, almonds etc to diet. Yes I took most lesser amount of outside food than ever, due to covid. I did bought a smart weight machine with app sync and regularly measured weight. That helped me big. I think it's a necessary in weight loss game.

@Tarunveer try doing it in the evening and if you don't have trouble sleeping then you can do it in the evening and if you can't sleep then morning might be better... If you do it in the evening then do it at least 4 hours before sleeping..
I have been doing the old 20 minute workout since 2 months and now I have more new exercises in the same time span..Thank you ❤️ .. really these exercises made a visible change in my body as well as strength. @@adityabhardwaj2817 hey Aditya ... You can follow both videos alternatively as both of them focuses on almost all muscles only the exercises are different so it's nice to have a variety.
Secondly to gain muscle mass you can take whey protien , egg whites or any other protien rich diet for recovery and remember to get big you have to eat big ..not junk food but a good carbs , protien and healthy fat rich diet daily...as you can only gain weight by consuming surplus calories everyday..hope it helps!

I have been doing this workout for over a week now. It's truly amazing, every major muscle of the body is targeted. I customised this workout a bit, I do a total of 4 minutes of skipping in the part where we would have used dumble because I have quite good muscle mass in hands and shoulders. I need to cut down my belly fat. Honestly speaking the last circuit becomes pretty hard for me due to the cardio I do, but this session is the best I have seen on RUclips. You can follow any of these because both of them are for beginners. But still, if you have any doubt, you can try the older version for 1 month and then the new version for 2nd month. Then, whichever you like doing, continue with that one.
@@adityabhardwaj2817 Or you can do one thing, you can follow the 1at and 4th cycle from the older version and 2nd and 3rd cycle of the new version. And don't worry if you are skinny, you'll start gaining muscle mass in 21 days because I also have gained much.
