This was divine! I followed your 15mins daily Yoga routine for 3 months when i was 16yrs old, my life just became heaven at that time, no physical problems, body was energetic all the time, my mind was so calm that any kind of stress, anxiety or any mental dependence gone away forever or was very less, not noticeable. Now i am 18yrs old, i tried this 30mins one, and had a new and much more deeper benefit that surprised me at another level, i experienced MINDFULNESS, which i generally observe, not commonly when i do 45mins or 1hour of Mindfulness meditation, i am so relieved now as i will not need to rely on those long meditation sessions for mindfulness, also i feel like each part of my body is activated and exercised. Even now when i am typing this comment after 20mins of break, i am fully in the present and aware enough that i didn't miss any of the typing sound. I have been following this yoga routine for 6 months now. I started when my Hba1c levels were bad, and my sugar levels.. Almost on the verge of turning diabetic. Thanks to the yoga practices by Vivek along with the positive affirmations he mentions, my sugar levels have been controlled significantly. Also I am allergic, my allergy levels have also dropped. Doing this routine for 15 days now. It’s very very refreshing, i feel fresh every time. I would recommend everyone to do it once and you will be addicted to it. It’s very powerful. I dont have any digestion problems now, thanks to this.

I'm a pateint of hyper acidity and acute gastric problem. Today is Sunday I search and have done this successfully. From the last few days I am feeling pain in stomach. I was thinking to visit doctor today but after watching this and did this I don't think I need this now. This is the best yoga routine I have ever seen in my life. I thought like it takes some weeks of daily routine to tune your mind but in just 1 session it made innumerable calmness of the mind.

Just slow down the video and feel the stretches and your breath. I personally do that. Goes up to an hour or so

And fourth is The very life energy Prana,if you use this life energy itself to achieve the ultimate goal it's called KRIYA YOGA.
