This is a 10 minutes guided meditation session for beginners. As the cozy winters are on full throttle, this in my opinion is an ideal time for a beginner to dive into this divine practice. So, i am ending up meditation with deep breaths
And i can't take normal breathing while meditating
@@Manideep6557 that's fine. If your body tells you to breathe deeply instead of normal it's fine. You don't have to follow it to the point. Do what your body and mind feels it wants to do and don't stress about being wrong or your body reacting differently. I have trouble breathing half the time, so I don't stress on the instructions. I do what I feel is comfortable. Hope this helps

Being a Buddhist, I can say the way he does the session is just like a Buddhist monk I met in my childhood. This made me remind of that monk. Great video vivek and congratulations for 4 million subs. This was relaxing! a bit too relaxing! I had some troubles keeping my back and neck straight because I was so relaxed! Also these ten mins went by real fast, I thought it would feel long but it was more like sleeping but a bit more attentive.

I watched this video in Night and then I did this now (in the morning) ... This meditation is also best in night time... It increases your sleep quality... After I did this I wake up before the alarm ringing without feeling sleepy or tired. 😊

@@somyashree1917 better to bath and get yourself fresh in the morning in feels good. Bathing especially with cold water in the morning will take away ur sleepiness n make u fresh, so u can meditate well after that, n feel good.

I have followed many guided meditation sessions, and they all suggest paying attention to the breath, which I find difficult.
There is a huge difference in being asked to do something, and showed how to do something. This analogy of being a watchman/gatekeeper, focusing on the entrance of the nostrils and paying attention to each breath, helped me immensely. I caught myself being more focused. Thank you, Vivek.

This is my first day. I came here right after 30 Min Yoga Exercise with you. I liked the part you told us to focus on the nostrils and you are like the watchman noticing every breath going in and out of the nostrils. While doing that some thoughts came in but I just smiled away and kept my mind on my nostrils. This is a good way because our mind tends to wonder around. So, much thanks to you. I liked my first guided meditation experience.🙏🙏🙏

I practiced this for a month and cleared 2 government exam back to back (IBPS PO and IBPS clerk).
I can follow nofap journey for longer days which was not happening earlier. My anger has reduced, I have compassion for animals, plants, human beings. Earlier I never used to care for anybody.
