@Da达哥厨房 I only speak and understand English (and a little bit of German and French). And I live out in a small town in the sticks so many of the ingredients you lay out aren't accessible here. So it is unlikely that I'll have everything I need to take a shot at making these delicious dumplings that I order every time we hit the big city and have a chance to eat dim sum. All that said, I want to congratulate you on the professional way you lay out the ingredients and the amount of each both at the beginning of the video and in the print below the video. No matter what cuisine, too many video cooking presenters just skip right by that point. Very well done sir. A small point you may or may not know: in North America, most ingredients measurement is still made in cups, tablespoons, teaspoons, etc. Not grams and kilograms. I bet half the homes don't even have a cooking scale. Anyways, thank you, I enjoyed watching you cook even if I won't be able to try it myself. You do a great presentation!
Very annoying to see videos of people making dim sum that looks like they were made by a 5 year old. Going by your dexterity, I can tell you've had professional cooking experience. Great work, great presentation, I'm sure all your recipes are delicious. 👍👍👍👍
The filling was delicious but your dough recipe didn't work out for me. It seemed like it was too much water and I did measure everything out with a scale and used boiling water. The dough did not come together and became more like a paste. I had to use my own mom's chiu chow dough recipe which always works out.
