  • This 13-minute Pilates workout will give you a total body workout. We will work on strength, mobility and flexibility for legs, abs, butt, shoulders and arms. You can do this sequence anywhere and any time to get a quick energy boost. All levels are welcome to participate.
    Always listen to your body. Only go as deep into a posture as feels comfortable for you. Thanks for being here with me and enjoy!
