Chad I have a lot of respect for u and Jolene. I am a well age man . I have never in all my days living ever see anyone build vehicles like u . Much Much respect for u and Jolene and each crew member. I want everyone to know it would be a honor to own a vehicle that Chad has build because he builds his vehicles from the heart not from someone telling him how.
I am so glad you guys came back, I know there are some less than nice people out here, but the vast majority of us, enjoy watching you bring your expertise, to the comfort of our homes, and we look forward to every project. I hope you can both ignore the negative people, and go back to enjoying what you do for everyone. I.m going to bed now, see you guys tomorrow. The JagWag is really looking great.
This is absolutely the most interesting fishing show I have watched in some time. The Blue Fin Tuna is quite a difficult fish to land. Oh oh, looks like the video changed while I was making a sandwich. Never mind, this looks pretty cool too!
Hi Chad , I love watching your content , but to have to watch Jolene asking about the haters in her short video the other day really made me feel for her , you could genuinely see her upset about some people's comments . Please rest assured that these people are very much in the minority. Keep on doing your thing and I for one will keep on watching and taking from it what I want and throwing away what I don't . Jolene please just keep on with your great work and don't worry about the haters , much love and peace to you both 👍😉😍
I am sorry that you guys are getting a hard time . I watch and enjoy you both plus it is nice to have a Canadian show. Forget the haters and do what you both do best. God bless from the west coast.
I had a 1986 Fiero GT. It was one of the most fun-to-drive cars I've ever had and I've had quite a few. Would still love to have one now. Thanks Chad for bringing back some memories.
The GT's we're V6's I think? It was the better model. My buddy back then had a standard 4 cylinder model, thing could go anywhere..snow would rip the door panels off though. He did a bunch of head gaskets and clutches, but it was a really fun car.
At my regular job...anticipating this episode..even though I've been here for every episode. Always something to learn from Chad or his friends even..Jim has alot of knowledge..be back later to view thanks guys
Thank you very much Chad and Jolene for taking the time to slow down and share the basics of sanding with us. I have a project that I have been dragging my feet on. A hood that has lost the paint and clear coat in many spots because of burn through from the sun due to being from the state of Utah U.S.A., which is in the desert. I brought it home to Michigan and need to fix the paint work. I really appreciate you walking me through what I need to do. Now I need to watch some of the videos you both have done on prepping and painting so I can try to make it look good again. I’m not looking for perfection as it’s a 2005 daily driver so I don’t want to spend prices of taking it to a shop. Thanks again, I’m sure with your tutorial I’ll be able to make it look decent. 👍🤜 I always learn something from you and it’s much appreciated.
Hi Chad and Jolene , iw ill always be back watching the videos you put out Jolene doe's a fantastic job filming and showing the content ! ALSO DONT LET HATERS CAUSE TROUBLE THE JAG IS COMMING ALONG NICLEY AND IM SURE THOSE INDIVIDUALS WHOM DO THAT ARE JEALOUS ! so please yes keep the videos coming we as a family often sit and watch together
Just a thought on the hemi ignition maybe check out pertronix ignition change over you will never need to adjust or clean the points again Just a thought as I changed over an old boat motor and it never ran better By the way Jolene you are the best standing up for Chad hats off to you and Chad 👍❤
Baaad Chad, can't wait for Friday! Love all the tips and tricks. Tell the Mrs. She does exceptional work! Watched her video and haters are gonna hate. She must have a heart the size of a Hemi! Keep up the good work!
This is really great info for me. I am sure I have been running my DA sander way to fast for years now. This is the first time I have heard this. UDAMAN.
New and Fresh thats me @ 51yrs old...lol. Listening attentively Sir. Wax ON Wax OFF Mr MIAGI, Thanks for sharing guys. Hey to JOELENE, have nothing else but a great day.
I’m very impressed at his tutorial on the basics of sanding. I’ve learned as a kid in dad’s shop, listening to various painters and picked up little bits here and there. Chad real brought it together explaining many good point especially “don’t dig at it” which we all have a tendency to do. Many good points. Watching the process certainly helps tie his teaching together. Thank you.
Hey guys nice to see you doing a prep video. Cant wait to see it painted. Im working on my 1965 Barracuda and digging out body fill 1/2 inch thick......grrrrr. Keep the videos coming.
Great Stuff . Cheers Guys n Gals The Fiero basically uses three kinds of plastic: reaction-injection-molded (RIM) polyurethane, a "soft" plastic designed to take knocks on the front and rear bumpers; reinforced-reaction-injection-molded (RRIM) polyurethane, a harder, but still supple plastic used on the sides and doors of the Fiero; and a harder sheet molding compound (SMC), used on the roof, the hood and trunk lid.
Chad....I'm one arm 64 year old man. and can't afford shop cost.also things are done different when your the only one .but that's ok .you take what you got,and do it.thanks You really help buddy✌️✌️
Good Morning Chad & Jolene The Pontiac is coming along very nice taking your time is the best wat to do things keep up the good work you guys really rock
Mr Chad you are a master at your craft. I wish you lived closer just to see you work in person, thank you for all your teachings. Blessings brother 💪🏼🙏🏼
Been away for a few episodes .Jag is looking great. Had some questions at the start, just shows my foolishness not trusting the process! Never doubt the Chad!
@David Elack dont worry David many have fallen into that trap just when we doubt chad he pulls the rabbit out of the hat thanks for your comment .we also have live chat where you would be most welcome its live 7 days a week
Excellent to see the process and techniques that Chad uses. Enjoyed watching and hope you all are having a better day today and the haters leave you guys alone or just plain go away. There was an expression a long time ago, 'don't go away mad just go away' lol Thank you, take care and peace out!!
I tried some diluted Dawn liquid for cleaning wax and oils off when I was out of paint shop wax remover based on Chad's thought process and from comments over the years about never using dishwasher liquid because it will remove the wax. Seems to work. The twist on sanding is I use a blow gun on the sanded surface and the sand paper which gives the sandpaper a longer useful life but I usually do that outside. Chad's sanding advice is right on. I bought a vette the previous owner sanded the wrong way and as he says the finger marks do show through and are magnified by the finished paint. Proper sanding technique is important especially on fiberglass or abs.
Thank you Jolene and Chad for another informative video. I don't do this type of work I work with leather. But I enjoy watching you guys do your thing and being happy doing it. Don't let anyone bring you down
@goober head there are plenty finished painting jobs on the channel ,look at the back catalogue ,remember we have live chat also where you would be most welcome
Thanks for the tips. I never painted a whole vehicle but plan on painting my truck 2 tone. I have learned a lot of things over the years and 90 % I have kept.. the 10 % I threw away is stuff I don't have the guts to do.. lol keep up the awesome work! Thanks again Chad, Jolene and Fina.
All I can say is there are many jealous people in this worly, that wish the had sum knowledge of how to fix and repair.,too many complainers. Thanks Chad and Joleen jobs well done

Spray nine is supposed to be a powerful universal cleanser and degreaser. On this side of the ocean we have a similar product called Chanteclair, my mechanic also uses it to clean the engine when he has to prepare the car for overhaul. 😉 Great job guys. 👍 Greetings from Switzerland
Another information packed lesson from a great teacher, even though it was only sanding preparation. Still valuable information to learn on the how-to sand, and not leave finger tracks, then the tips on spraying the primer on the bare spots, before applying a full primer coat, Excellent tips, Cracking work as always from the Hiltz crew, hats off to Chad and Jolene
Cool car you are doing I like that . It´s all about being honest in your passion I like that attitude . Keep rockin´ guys Chad and Jolene peace and love from Iceland ♥
A lot of people with old cars, trucks and tractors use Spray Nine as a good mild, but effective cleaner. It works well under the hood and on engine too.
Great vid today! Nice useful tips, also Jolene had some awesome (and accurate) camera angles. I liked the camera angle that captures the orange peel under sand marks during hand sanding!
I know this video is a little old, but the lessons you taught me this evening are going to help me alot when I start on my little MGB project later this year. Thank you Chad and Jolene!
