20 Minute Lower Body Workout with Dumbbells [Build muscle & strength]

  • Follow along and do this effective 20 min lower body workout with dumbbells to train, strengthen and tone your legs (quads, hamstrings, calves) and glutes. This leg day workout is high intensity but low impact. NO JUMPING AT ALL!! This resistance workout uses compound exercises and pauses to give maximum effect for each rep. Grab your weights, mat and a towel as we sweat it out and crush this lower body dumbbell workout in 20 minutes. If you want to burn fat, build muscle, increase strength and overall endurance in your lower body, this is the workout for you.

    I was pleasantly surprised by how this workout really got my heartrate up. The 20-something minute length is really working for me so far, and of course, loved the dumbbells! A beautiful workout! 💪💚

    got q nice sweat going and since I did arms with the Mrs my last workout this was the perfect follow up for lower body! LOVE this channel! its my go to for my workouts! Always great content and a boost!
