    I just did this workout paired with 15 min standing abs HIIT, and I have to say THANK YOU. I have been in a workout rut for about a month. No motivation at all. This had me sweating. Yep, I'll be back tomorrow morning with upper body. Lol❤❤❤😂

    I love how slow these workouts are. please keep doing more lowerbody and full body strength training workouts. sometimes ppl on youtube just go too fast for me to get the right form. i love the pace and also seeing a fit black couple 💜

    I love all your workouts! So glad I found this channel! I never knew how much fun strength training could be (even when I want to cry while doing it!) My biggest challenge are the core exercises when we go to the floor. I absolutely hate everything plank and push up lol caus I’m weak in that area but thank you so much for including them because I need the challenge! I love what you both are doing!     *So easy to use and so convenient! Awesome in space saving. However, due to its adjustable weight design, the length of the dumbell is always the same regardless of weight. (I.e. a regular 25 lbs dumbell is longer than a 10 lbs dumbell). But that really not a reason to shy away. Also kinda expensive.... but!!! Overall quality **bestgym.equipment** and ease of use and storage, you cant ask for a better dumbell.*

    That was my first real workout in probably 15 years and it was awesome. Thank you so much for all of the great direction and modifications. I did mostly the lowest level for all five exercises all three sets and I still feel a good pump. See you in the next work out!

    Thanks you for making such a great video. Gyms are closed in BC again and I’ve progressed so much in the gym, I don’t wanna lose my gains. I’ve been doing a lot of barbell work in the gym but no dumbbell work so I’m gonna use this opportunity to get a good circuit/plan going so that when gyms do open up again, I can have a dumbbell lower body day I’m familiar with. Your vid is great in so many ways.

    Thanks guys. I have stop going to the gym due to covid. I bought some dumbells, a bench and someone gave me a glide cable machine. Started to work out at home. I was used to using a leg press and cable machine to work out my back and legs at the gym. I needed some dumbbell lower body workouts. The glide machine allows a type of leg press but it uses my body weight and that is not is enough weight. I think dumbbell squats will give me a better work out. It does a good job of rowing. And gives a good upper body workout . I am close to 70 and have worked out on and off for decades. I plan on continuing working out until I die. A friend at church is 85 and works out . He is in very good shape. He is the model I want to age into.

    Hey guys, thank you for your hard work and your high quality content. I’ve been following you since the first lockdown in France.
    This video is my go to leg workout, I’ve come to the point where I personally add some jumping jacks, abs and calf raises between each sets.
    The only thing is the video sometimes gets interrupted by ads in the middle of the workout, and it’s not ideal to stop in the middle of a set to wait and skip them.
    Is there maybe a way for you to arrange that ?

    It’s the exercises with one leg I struggle I might have to drop the weights for that my fat ass couldn’t lift my legs back up to stand 😂😂😂. Amazing workout thanks for helping me with my journey

    Loving the no-waffle simple format. One thing I would ask if you have control of it... can we remove adverts in the middle of videos? It really breaks the flow having to stop mid-workout to wait or skip the adverts!

    Nov. 16th -You used 12 pound dumbbells. Felt good, could possibly go heavier next time.

    Love this workout! Especially with the variety in levels - Level 1, 2, 3. I sweat so much in just 18 minutes. Love all the editing and presentation as well whereby the actions were shown first before starting instead of us wasting time to figure out the actions when started. Time is running and we lose some time figuring out the action when some videos do not pre-show the actions. Good if can include warm up and cool down in it instead of having to search for another videos to do so. Thanks!

Just a suggestion whether you guys can group the workout into categories, for e.g. either in term of body parts or types of workouts or to be grouped into the amount of time instead so that say today I want to do 15 min and lower body, I can just search from either 15 min categories or lower body categories instead of having to go through all videos? Thanks!

    What would be even better still would be giving pointers as to what muscles you should be using and what you should avoid. Common mistakes and the like; things that might get you injured or prevent the workout from targeting where you want it to go. Otherwise, I love the variety and am gonna use this to hopefully get a leg day regimen put together. Thanks!

    The only thing I have problems with was the lunges I need practice with those. I have never really did them in my life. They were too hard because I have really really bad feet and I had a torn meniscus.

    Really love your workouts, but the ads in the middle of a work period is very disruptive esp when using weights. It would be better if they were during a rest period like most videos do.

    So glad we found you. My husband turned 60 this year and I'm in my upper fifties (do I have to say the exact number?) but we love working out with you. Our son who plays college basketball has been joining us when he's home. Glad to say we can keep up with him finally. We are all big fans.

    I enjoyed the workout! Don’t think it’s beginner friendly though. Nothing said about form or technique (keep core tight, squeeze butt cheeks, keep back straight, etc.)

    Dear juice and toya , i have 1 suggestion and 1 question ..question is why i feel pain in lower back , is it because of my weight or wrong posture ? Suggestion is if you add instruction of forms during workout it will be great ...thanks ur new subscriber

    Did this workout today. Great videos. This is the 2nd lower body workout I have done. I did notice one thing, neither one included calves. Maybe something to add in the future. Or maybe 15 mins is too short?

      With a lot of these movements, your calves are still working! We just didn't isolate them!
