Thanks guys. I have stop going to the gym due to covid. I bought some dumbells, a bench and someone gave me a glide cable machine. Started to work out at home. I was used to using a leg press and cable machine to work out my back and legs at the gym. I needed some dumbbell lower body workouts. The glide machine allows a type of leg press but it uses my body weight and that is not is enough weight. I think dumbbell squats will give me a better work out. It does a good job of rowing. And gives a good upper body workout . I am close to 70 and have worked out on and off for decades. I plan on continuing working out until I die. A friend at church is 85 and works out . He is in very good shape. He is the model I want to age into.

Love this workout! Especially with the variety in levels - Level 1, 2, 3. I sweat so much in just 18 minutes. Love all the editing and presentation as well whereby the actions were shown first before starting instead of us wasting time to figure out the actions when started. Time is running and we lose some time figuring out the action when some videos do not pre-show the actions. Good if can include warm up and cool down in it instead of having to search for another videos to do so. Thanks!

Thanks you for making such a great video. Gyms are closed in BC again and I’ve progressed so much in the gym, I don’t wanna lose my gains. I’ve been doing a lot of barbell work in the gym but no dumbbell work so I’m gonna use this opportunity to get a good circuit/plan going so that when gyms do open up again, I can have a dumbbell lower body day I’m familiar with. Your vid is great in so many ways.

I really liked the different levels as Level 1 allows you to get to know the movement and balance and helps prepare the muscles for the addition of the second dumbell. As someone who's only started their weight lifting journey a few months ago, I found this challenging, but in a comfortable way! I normally just pick a 15-30 minute all body workout, but decided to switch it up by doing a 15 upper body workout followed by this 15 minute lower body workout and that was fun! It was nice to focus on one area at a time!

What would be even better still would be giving pointers as to what muscles you should be using and what you should avoid. Common mistakes and the like; things that might get you injured or prevent the workout from targeting where you want it to go. Hey guys, thank you for your hard work and your high quality content. I’ve been following you since the first lockdown in France. This video is my go to leg workout, I’ve come to the point where I personally add some jumping jacks, abs and calf raises between each sets. The only thing is the video sometimes gets interrupted by ads in the middle of the workout, and it’s not ideal to stop in the middle of a set to wait and skip them. Is there maybe a way for you to arrange that ? Many thanks in advance !
Loving the no-waffle simple format. One thing I would ask if you have control of it... can we remove adverts in the middle of videos? It really breaks the flow having to stop mid-workout to wait or skip the adverts!
