20 Min Lower Body Workout with Dumbbells

  • Follow along and sweat with this effective 20 minute lower body workout with dumbbells to train, strengthen and tone your legs (quads, hamstrings, calves) and glutes (gluteus minimus, glute medius and gluteus maximus). This leg day workout is high intensity but low impact. NO JUMPING AT ALL!! This resistance workout uses compound exercises and pauses to give maximum effect for each rep. Grab your weights, mat and a towel as we sweat it out and crush this lower body dumbbell workout in 20 minutes. If you want to burn fat, build muscle, increase strength and overall endurance in your lower body, this is the workout for you.

    This was amazing! After my dad passed away three years ago it has been hard to find the motivation to pick up my routine.
    It has been a roller coaster ride these three years. I love you videos and made me sweat.
    My goal is to lose 27 pounds. I was 120 lbs before my dad passed away and I’m 147 now.
    I know I can do this and your videos will help. Thank you so much!

      I only used the 7.5 kgs but you can mix up the weights that you use depending on the movement. 🤍

    Perfect 20min workout. Love that it has only 2 rounds. Keeps the mind busy and gets rid of boredom of 4 rounds. Loved the work out
