- Follow along and sweat with this effective 20 minute lower body workout with dumbbells to train, strengthen and tone your legs (quads, hamstrings, calves) and glutes (gluteus minimus, glute medius and gluteus maximus). This leg day workout is high intensity but low impact. NO JUMPING AT ALL!! This resistance workout uses compound exercises and pauses to give maximum effect for each rep. Grab your weights, mat and a towel as we sweat it out and crush this lower body dumbbell workout in 20 minutes. If you want to burn fat, build muscle, increase strength and overall endurance in your lower body, this is the workout for you.

I only used the 7.5 kgs but you can mix up the weights that you use depending on the movement. 🤍
