- Join me for a 20 min BOOTY AND LEGS WORKOUT to shape and sculpt through your lower body. Some exercises will be up on our feet using dumbbells, and some exercises down on our mat without any equipment. All you need is a medium-heavy set of dumbbells. Today I'll be using two 12LB weights.
