    I can’t tell you how thankful I am to have found you! I used to be fit but life got chaotic for a few years (almost a decade) and I’m now trying to incorporate daily movement into my life again.       I can’t do squats anymore either, if I do, my knee will give out. That’s why I love floor Pilates workouts.
