- Hey Squad! Get sweaty, fit and strong with this effective 20 minute upper body dumbbell workout routine. It will help you tone up, build muscle, increase strength and burn fat! This weighted training session uses a combination of muscle activating compound exercises so make sure to use dumbbells that are heavy enough to challenge yourself with. If you want to burn fat, build muscle, increase strength and overall endurance in your upper body, use this workout. In this upper body session we target the shoulders, traps, back, biceps, chest and triceps as well as your abs and core.

No one regrets the feeling after a workout 😊 my son woke up midfle of night i got maybe 3 hour sleep and i am beat but i pushed play and gave it my all ! I was gonna stop at 2 rounds but i pushed through and got it all done ..woke me up some to 😅

Most of our workouts are highly flexible, you can mix and match videos, do your own warm up and cool down or use the playlist for warm ups and stretches.

Was wondering if you could adjust your camera angle either when filming or in post while editing to make your floor appear level? I think making your camera level will help your channel grow because people like me can’t watch your videos when the orientation isn’t level. 😢
