    I'm gonna be doing this workout for 30 days. I will also be recording my measurements for my calves mainly on days 1,15 and 30
    Day 1: My body is full of sweat (r.29.1 cm l.28.3cm)

    Great workout, thank you! I do have one suggestion, if possible? Could you please list the upcoming workout on the screen? I find myself scrambling to get in proper position for the next workout. If we know what’s ahead, we could be ready and to make sure we have the proper weight needed. I don’t always use the same weight for every move. I can go heavier or lighter depending on the exercise. Thank you!

      @@ryisk659 I wasn't fat to start so it's more of a toning and maintaining workout. For shredded abs you'd need to do an hour a day

      @@sculpinator14 I just lost about 60 pounds so now I’m looking to build it back up in muscle. So I’m not fat but there is that small layer of chub where my abs are lol. Will this workout along with this guys other videos such as the 20min arms one for example help me?

    🗣️📢FRASER WILSON........I did it to myself. But I used a full body band with my kettlebell to do this workout. By the time we got to the split squats...😔😔😔😔😔. But I pressed through. Thank you for an amazing workout.🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 Legs are toast for the week. Also walked about 10 miles since Friday....Legs done

      Yes calisthenics does build muscle but u can’t really do progressive overload

    Unsure if it has been requested before, but could you at the beginning of your videos, put suggested weights. IE, beginner, intermediate, advanced weight suggestions? Might help those of us whom are new know where to start without risk of injury by attempting too much. Otherwise, great video as always!

    this workout is longer than the one i was doin my fraser but this feels mad faster and this is enough for me to manage this is probobaly my 7th doing this woekput i dont see any major differences but my leg fat shakes less and i feel more muscle defintley recommended this👍
