If we know what’s ahead, we could be ready and to make sure we have the proper weight needed. I don’t always use the same weight for every move. I can go heavier or lighter depending on the exercise. Unsure if it has been requested before, but could you at the beginning of your videos, put suggested weights. IE, beginner, intermediate, advanced weight suggestions? Might help those of us whom are new know where to start without risk of injury by attempting too much. Otherwise, great video as always!

this workout is longer than the one i was doin my fraser but this feels mad faster and this is enough for me to manage this is probobaly my 7th doing this woekput i dont see any major differences but my leg fat shakes less and i feel more muscle defintley recommended this👍

same usually i watch the video once or twice like super fast to get the feel of it and not be caught so off guard
