@@KeremNalbantoglu I exercise different muscle groups on different days. Abs, chest/shoulders, arms, legs, rest, repeat. On arm day I was doing this video three times with 15 lb dumbbells. I’m using 20s now so I’m doing the 15-minute video three times until I feel comfortable to move back to this one. The trick for me was to slowly go further in the video each time it was arm day and staying motivated. You can do it, I believe in you!

The perfect video to exercise to! I’m 28yo and never been to the gym but outside of work I’ve done some manual labour which has built some (unseen) lean muscle. I’ve also just decided to get into bouldering which I enjoy but realised I lack the upper body strength which I hope to build - these videos are pure joy to work along to! I hope to keep this up everyday to build more strength! 😊

The gym I go to after work is ridiculously busy so I’ve recently started working out at home with your videos & I can honestly say I feel more pumped doing these workouts at home than I do when I go to the gym
I'm betting your biceps never really get that sore after doing curls, not like other parts do? It's because you rotate your shoulder and swing the weight forward. Basically you are using mostly your shoulder and forearm to gain momentum for the weight to swing, lastly using the bicep to catch it and do very little work. Try the same weight but with your back against the wall. Big difference. Focus on keeping the shoulder still and only swing when close to failure. If you have to swing at the beginning of a set then lower the weight slightly. I struggled with bicep growth for months until I realized my shoulders were doing most of the work. love your motivational videos. awesome work.

Most weeks I do it 2-3 times, and I also combine it with the upper body dumbbell workouts on this channel. I honestly started seeing a change within just a few weeks, not saying this will be the same for everyone but I noticed it pretty quickly. Make sure to also eat enough protein in your diet though if you want to see optimal growth results.

I really liked the workout Fraser and the fact that it is follow along is very useful. One thing I would recommend is when you change exercises for different muscle groups, for example when you go from biceps to triceps, you could give some seconds for us to change the weights since triceps require lower weights than biceps (at least for me) and you could make the structure of the program based on that, so that the breaks are between sets that require different weights. That's all. Keep up the good work!

About body weight training is great thing you can train almost anywhere if you find a bar/wall or clean floor. Love pushing calisthenics, compare to regular fitness weight training this is so much more challenging. Thanks for another one thanks for variety!

What i do, i have 2 heavier dumbells and 2 lighter dumbells, so i only have to switch dumbells

Facts: You don't have to actually do 10-20 different arm excercises to get a good arm. Just 3-4 good ones with multiple sets is more than enough
