Decent workout. Would you consider displaying an 'Up next: *exercise name*' 5/10 seconds before the next exercise comes up? I was constantly rewinding towards the end because I was in the wrong position for the move as there wasn't any indicator
I usually watch the whole video first just to have an idea what he's gonna do (Or atleast check if there's some routine that I would be having difficulty of). Also, if I lost 3-5secs from watching him do the exercise, I subtract 3-5secs from my rest time. But, yeah, an additional heads-up would do, or small screen on the coming exercise.

This is absolutely a great workout. I just came from covid and my body is really down. I couldn't even lift what I normally lift. I was lifting 18 kilos per dumbell and now I'm back to 4 kilos per dumbell. I didn't want to push myself and I wanted to go slow but sure and your workout is a great help. The clap at the end man I felt that. The push-ups were crazy. Cheers!
Ive been doing this workout for 15 days! Ofcourse with rest every 2 days. I went from 79 to 75kg. Im proud that I lose 4kg and I can feel the change in my mental health! My target is 65kg, i'll be updating here for my next weight loss update :)
Have tried a few online upper body work outs but always come back to this one. had to have a break due to broken wrist but back on it. Nice intense 20 min upper body pump for 49 year old like me.

For some exercises I use 10kg/DB, for some 6/kg - through all these working 30-sec sets it’s like AMRAP to me. Quite challenging but I feel tension in muscles for few hours after the workout. It’s my second week with this routine.
The only video I've seen with Stay Focused during rest period, I can so easily get distracted, look at my phone ect and the whole thing loses momentum and I just give up and I'll do it later. Love the small but vital details in your vids.
spring 2020 I was 287 pounds. Could barely walk 2 miles. Slowly I started walking. Pretty soon I could do 10k steps in a day. Then 20k. Next was 10 miles. Today I'm hitting 30k steps and I weigh 229 pounds. Still overweight, but significantly better feeling and have a much better outlook. I'm only now starting to get into lifting, I had to cheat this a little bit and do "girl" pushups. I also only had 10 pound weights, but thank you for posting this! I'll keep at it.

Though, the clapping after workout is the one that makes me come here again and again. Gotta sub him asap.
Excellent workout! Been lazy for the last year, and been looking for something to get me warmed up to re-join the gym. I think I might just hold off on the gym membership for now; this was an amazing, dynamic workout, both in pace and structure. I particularly, enjoyed the fact that Fraser dispensed with the long-winded coaching, and went straight into the routine without intro or explanation! Thank you for taking the time to share!
Hope I'm not the only girl here lol Thanks for upper body workouts, been doing them for some time and I can definitely see results. I've become much stronger and my posture is great.
What a full range of exercises in this workout! All very effective in their own ways, but might be better to have some more repetition of some to do multiple sets instead of so many single sets of all different exercises. That’s just my honest opinion, & totally fine if anyone disagrees with me here. Either way, this definitely hits the full upper body with the selection of exercises.
all i do is 4 sets to failure of pushups supersetted with bodyweight rows using a pull-up bar, then 4 sets to failure of bodyweight triceps overhead extensions supersetted with contentration curls, then 3-4 sets of shrugs to failure with 4second holds at the top each rep and i call it a day, 1 day on 1 day off. I don't train legs because lucky me i have good leg genes and i have big legs without even trying to mantain the size (i used to train legs super hard and kept the muscle i got for some reason lol) does this look ok for covid workout? so far i gained 2kilograms bw in this whole covid situation, my upper body got bigger, specially arms, fat didn't really change, eating 4k calories while sitting 80% of the day lol

I really love your workouts, I do them 3 or 4 times a week. My only complaint is the music is the same for the 10 minute arm, 20 minute total body and this 20 minute upper body. I cant get the songs out of my head and I just wish there were different songs for each video. I really love the timer and how easy you make it for me to follow along. I am often wondering what are you listening to in your head phones? Obviously it's not the same music we have to listen to while we follow along.

When I first started to work out, diamond pushups were impossible. Now I can easily do diamond pushups, clap pushups, and also 1 hand pushups. :D
