Back then i couldn't even do one push up but thnx to your sessions and motivation of all the ppl, now i can do 20+ non stop

Been doing your workouts for a year now nearly everyday, I usually put the volume down and watch something on another screen. Thought, this time I kept the sound on and can say I do prefer this option. So keep it like this if you can. See ya tomorrow ^^

I love the micd up, I’m always afraid I’m doing the workout wrong and sometimes the tips go too fast on previous videos. The music in the background is always great so I’d love to see more videos in a similar format as this! Thanks Oliver!

I love your videos. Can you make one where you use thera bands to train e. g. the upper body?
Nice workout Oliver, and you did a great job on the narration throughout, however I am very used to you inspiring us through your expressions as in your normal routines. Sometimes that little bit of encouragement is all that is needed.
One thing I really like is sometimes we all tend to do the form sloppy and it’s good to slow it down and think. Even with 15# dumbbells, I got an awesome pump just with time under tension. Thank you my friend.
