  • Here's a 20-minute full body dumbbell workout that' all standing. Perfect to do at home or at the gym, it includes a quick warm-up and a cool-down. I was using 5kg weights, but adapt as needed. Let's power through and build strength together!

    Thanks Oliver - enjoyed that and there were some tough moves in there - the counter balance squat with the weight and the oblique work holding the weight in the air are tricky. Thanks.

    привет из России. тренируюсь по вашим видео. очень вам благодарна. мне нравится, что в каждом видео любой длительности у вас присутствует заминка и разминка. это очень дисциплинирует в будущем. и очень приятно, что таким образом мы минимизируем травмы и повышаем эффективность тренировки, а растяжка в конце это как отдельный вид кайфа. еще раз спасибо!
