Love everything about your workouts! Absolutely need a warm up + cool down in one exercise vs many others that just tell you they hope you're warmed up already...🙄. Loove all standing and 40 sec on/20sec off format in an efficient 20min work out.!!! Your exercises are fun, smart and realistic for normal people like me, who don't need exercises to be a sweaty, near dead experience. Please keep it up, thank you so much🙏
This made me so emotional! I have been such an active person my whole life, but after becoming a single mother last year i had to up my work hours and could not leave the house to workout like i used to since there wouldn’t be anyone at home watching the children. And too depressed to do home workouts. I have done a cardio workout from you yesterday and this one today and i feel like i’m seeing a bit of my old self again. Thank you ❤
