      @@mystify2815 I recommend do dynamic stretches to warm up the muscles Dan exercise then do static stretching so you don't injure yourself

      do note that overworking yourself is bad. id suggest, at max, do a couple of sessions throughout the week with 1-2 rest days while sneaking in some cardio/full body workouts.

      I hate that the pendulums are right after the cleans. My arms burn out before my legs and I can't hold the weights for the burnout. My arms are pretty strong but they will never be able to keep up with my legs

    What I’ve realised it’s if you really work well and intelligent on your warm ups, cool downs and joints mobility it’s have a such a positive experience with training athletic long-living as calisthenics, gymnastics and bodyweight disciplines.     wow, first try of that one, drenched out. Actually the rests does a lot in the difficulty of this training and the 2nd half non stop on the mat is great ! This will be my secret weapon for increasing power in Athletics. I'm injured now but I just skip the jumping exercices (shame they're neat!)
    sure I'll come back much stronger in May ! (I'll pay attention with my injury guys)

    Very nice workout ! Wouold totally do this again with heavier dumbbells . It's the 1st time I don't do a leg workout not targeted for women. I really appreciate the exercises using proprioception but I don't really find the wieghtless exercises interesting at the end without a proper booty band

      If you havnt figured it out yet maybe some parts of you are stronger the others so the ones that weren’t helping maybe increase the weight

    i use these workouts everyday i did arms yesterday now legs i hope there is a chest workout and ab workout too its really exhausting tho these workouts are intense maybe because i use 30 s which is all i have as of right now but i sweat alot on these first comment after doing it lol
