I hate that the pendulums are right after the cleans. My arms burn out before my legs and I can't hold the weights for the burnout. My arms are pretty strong but they will never be able to keep up with my legs
What I’ve realised it’s if you really work well and intelligent on your warm ups, cool downs and joints mobility it’s have a such a positive experience with training athletic long-living as calisthenics, gymnastics and bodyweight disciplines. This will be my secret weapon for increasing power in Athletics. I'm injured now but I just skip the jumping exercices (shame they're neat!) sure I'll come back much stronger in May ! I added a 5K Treadmill Run with a 3% Incline at 7 Minute Pace before this workout sess.
