That being said, it is always achievable, develop a routine for working out, make sure to target other areas of the body you feel like you can work on, this helps your abdominals rest but helps the rest of your body grow as well. More than anything, it’s about cutting out unhealthy things like sugars that aren’t naturally occurring (sugars to don’t naturally occur in fruits), cut down on the fats in your diet, eat lots of vegetables, and sleep really normally (every night), and always sleep a full 7 1/2 - 8 hours.
I have done this routine every morning for two months now. Sleeping a lot better (not needing muscle relaxers anymore for tight back and hips), and feeling more energetic throughout the day. Once the gyms open up again I'd like to see how this helps my lifting. Great video, Fraser.

As others already commented, it's really unfortunate, that the amount of ads has tripled within this year. Don't get me wrong, I totally understand that this is your revenue model, but the amount of ads being spread within this video made it impossible to enjoy the workout. I wouldn't mind even more ads, but only if they are right in the beginning or so (Pamela Reif found a way to settle this with RUclips). Really hope you find a way to fix this, Cheers!

freakout boy you gotta be consistent I have also been doing those workouts at the first 20-30 days there were no results but then after 1 month results started coming in because I started doing HIIT and cardio training daily and not only abt workouts. Obviously way too late but commenting so people with the same question n can have an answer. Use a towel to join your hands in the back and pull with the top hand while pushing as much into the stretch with the bottom hand. Over time they'll get closer and closer.

there is 0 overload on your muscles, you ar not doing any advanced stretching.. there is no reason not to do this daily but lack of time and/ or lack of motivation.
I do it all your workouts, abs, legs, chests, full body, mobility, for 3 years. My body has changed, I feel nice, I love body workout than to go at the gim, if you don't do, it's just excuses. Thanks Fraser!
I may be wrong, but I believe you can watch through it one time, then back up the video to the beginning before it ends and then it won’t show the ads. This way you help support him by watching the ads, but then you don’t have them during the workout. I may be wrong though, but I think that works

I'm trying to learn to pistol squat. In order to do that you gave to fully squat. I tried but only went like 60 percent of the way. So first I need to have more motility. But does this exercise target my problem?

Just listen to your body try it every day but if your body can't handle it do 3x a week
