I am 78 years old and do the 20 minute morning routine daily, since the gyms closed. I cannot do all the routines, but I get better every week and can now do some of the exercises that I could not do before. I also pause and take a 1 minute rest, but only 3 times during the 20 minutes. His routine is terrific and well compensates for the closed gyms. It would be interesting if he also offered a video where he actually gave directions and encouragement during the routines. Not sure if I'd like it better, but it would be interesting. He's Australian, so his English is probably pretty good.
Gonna do this workout for a long time, keep you updated! Day 1: pretty hard but managed to succeed, sweat a lot and it wasn’t easy. See you tomorrow. Day 2: Rest day, be Sure you take at least 48 hours of rest before working out on the same Muscle group. Day 3: still pretty hard again sweating quite a bit, but managed to finish it completely! See you tomorrow. Day 4: rest Day 5: still was hard but managed to do it, sweat a lot though!
Very difficult but I got through it! I wouldn't ever be able to do this a year ago. That being said, forearm pushups?? Excuse me? I thought my wrists were gonna snap by the 3rd one so I just continued with regular pushups lol. I'm impressed by everyone who can do those Thanks for the vid! I will continue and hopefully get through the whole thing with ease and better form
Gonna do this workout everyday, will update you guys with the results Day 1: I'm sweating so much, this workout really worked my legs, i'm not exactly sore, but I can't stand, like seriously, can't even take a piss lol Day 2: Sweating a lot again, still hard on my legs and i'm having trouble standing again (those squat jumps always kill me), started feeling my abs and shoulders being worked too Day 3: Sweating again as expected, this workout is still killing my chicken legs, but i'm beginning to notice my stamina and endurance are improving, i'm also beginning to notice my upper and mid abs showing, fr though this can also be considered a cardio workout cause i'm actually sweating so much also forgot to mention this but this workout is actually pretty fun, like i'm enjoying doing all these different exercises that target different muscles and the music really gets me going Day 4: Couldn't do the workout today due to personal reasons, but ended up doing a decent amount of push ups to make up for it, hope to get back on the grind tomorrow Day 5: Done, sweating, legs aren't as bad before, I can feel my legs getting more use to the workout, definitely felt my shoulders and abs being worked, overall, a success Day 6: Done Day 7: Decided to do Chin Ups instead today since I have to work my biceps too Day 8: Shoulders beginning to look bigger!! I will recommend to include bicep workouts in your routine like I did with Chin Ups, as this workout doesn't exactly tackle those muscles. Holy shit I want to get notify by this comment by the way I am 13 yrs old kid I tried this work out on the summer and really helped me now I have school I can't do the workout becuz I always get home really tired :(
Dairis Dubers ah I see. It’s a really nice workout tho :). I’m already doing it for 53 days. Theres my comment somewhere under this video, and I’m updating it every day. Because everyone can see if I’m sticking to my routine the comment keeps me motivated! And the results do also ;)
Sounds to me like you need to pull your finger out of your arse and forget about getting yt likes, start working out, if you don’t want to, don’t work out
Me : oh, burpees, that must be the last exercise Oh no, OK, plank hold to burn it out Ahh I see, of course, we always finish on mountain climbers Fraser : HIGH KNEE BURNOUT!!! me: low knee stumble
i am 13 and i do your night and morning routines because people at school make fun of me bc im weak. i have a playlist and reminders to watch your videos. so thank you, and you might change my life so thanks again
ps:i do your morning and night routines at the same day.(for example when i wake up i watch both videos and before i go to bed i also watch them)(and yes i accually do the workouts).
Well done son. So nice to see young guys getting into the hard core training. And no loud talking. Just getting on with it. As a veteran sportsman I think this is very cool. Keep it up!
It's been 13 days since I started doing this workout. The first day was hard but now it feels lighter than before. I also noticed that my tummy is getting flatter now. I'll keep on doing this!
Im doing this and a night one daily from here on out so heres what ive done so far! Day 1: Complete Day 2: Complete Day 3: Complete Make sure to press the like so I dont forget! :)
This workout does more for me in 20 minutes than I got out of an hour with weights in the gym. Not saying weights aren’t awesome (because they are!) but this really works well for me and helps avoid the injuries I’d get going too hard in the gym. Sincere thanks for putting this out there for us Fraser! You’re a legend for sure!
I’m 45 years old. Got diagnosed with borderline diabetes. I started doing the 10 minute workout now up to this one. I’ve been lifting light weights lost 25 pounds and feel really good. After I started this I thought how did I let myself go so long I use to be hot, in shape and 6 pack abs for weeks. Another 20 pounds to go I figure and I’ll be at my ideal weight of 185 a solid 185. I also should note I have a lower back injury which prohibited me from exercising. I pushed through the pain and now I must say I’m off the muscle relaxers amd inflammation drugs choosing black seed oil and turmeric instead. A big high five to this young man.
I'm 44.5. I did the whole routine in about 23 minutes. My form wasn't perfect and the knee jumps, when you're not fully warmed up, are super tough when you're in your 40s, but I will try again tomorrow. As you go through the routine, the body warms up and the exercises seem easier and easier. The 30-second intervals are awesome because they're enough to feel each exercise, but not so long as to be exhausting or frustrating or boring even. Then, before you know it, you're doing another exercise. I'm still shaking after 15 minutes of resting. I've been doing separate exercises for about the last two years, but I'm gonna do this instead for the next couple months every day. I got some jelly on my belly I gotta lose. Thanks man. update: 7/3/2022: after doing the routine 5 times, I can do it in about 21 minutes and even do a couple of the forearm pushups.
Inspired by all of you guys and i'll try to do this workout 6 times a week. LETS GO Day 1: Very sweaty day. I did force myself to the end. Also give extra few second when i got really tired Day 2: It hurted a lot while doing the exercise but done EDIT: Guys ı started going to the gym and do exercise with a trainer now!! thanks for motivation
I also started doing this workout for two weeks but then i also skipped two weeks because I got really busy in school. Now it's my first day trying this again. I hope i have the self discipline to be consistent in this
Gonna try this everyday hopefully I see a difference during quarantine Day 1: couldn’t finish all workouts, had to pause multiple times. Sweating and heavy breathing.
Dude Fraser you are! . . LEGEND!! Beast mode brotha! Best follow work out and best music! Killin it! Love tha timer and noise at end of timer you set. Every set is 100% obtainable, and your super inspiring! Wasnt the best idea I ever had today, but did a like 5 or 10 min H.I.I.T work out, then one of your 5 or 10 min ab work outs which are my fav!!! Then this 20 min work out, Im dying here! On tha floor actually realizing how well painted my celiings are right now, while writing this. Please! Please!, . keep posting these amazing follow along videos please! Your tha man brotha!
And 2 months later I'm still following this Legendary work out! Fraser 5hsnk you again Brothah for sharing and posting. Great sets switching it up, and I still look forward to hearing the great music you picked out, like an anthem of taking back your body reaching your goals not letting anything in life hold you back and reclaiming a better body back! Went to a water park recently with my Fiancee and 4 year old, my Fiancee made me take my shirt off in public there at the water park, and she complimented me and the hard work I've put in, even though I personally know I'm not 100% there yet. It was the best feeling though that I've reclaimed a great part of that thanks to you and your workouts here. Thank you again Fraser! Your an inspiration and continue to be! You are really making a difference in my life and I see the other comments here as well. Keep it up please! Your Legendary!!!!!!
@@akshaymaharaj4998 Tear it only fractionally so you're able to rebuild it quickly and better than before. Not destroy the fucking thing by not stretching you melt.
ight don't know if I'm actually going to continue doing this exercise or not but whatever. Day one: done boys holy shit my ass is sweaty. My legs are killing me cause I played basketball for like 30 min earlier but I made it through regardless. Maybe there'll be an update tomorrow maybe there won't. Day 2: I did an even harder workout which I prolly won't be doing again. The reason I did a different workout was to get more upper body shit in rather than just core and legs. So my plan is to do this and an upper body workout alternating every day. Yuh.
Be doing this until JULY 25th will keep you updated ! ............. DAY 1 : My biceps and shoulders and my abs started to get sore after but went but a lot of sweating.
aged 14 i was about the biggest kid in my class. i used to do this all the time and felt so much better in myself. now i'm 18 and i finally feel great in myself. i also feel younger than before. keep it up everyone, progress takes time, but its effect is long. so proud of you all 💪🏼💪🏼
Wow. I only made it to the 10:49 mark on day one before I had to pause for a break. This workout isn't a joke! I'm 5'8" 162lbs and considered myself pretty well in shape even though I don't regularly exercise. I was wrong! Definitely going to keep doing this one for a while.
Great exercises, but for me its better to use resistance band set because its simple to use and you can gain some great muscle with them i love them so much. I will you it after this all because i can save money from gym billing every month. Get one for urself at some store or you can get it at trainhome shop (check on google if you want).
I’m impressed you made it the whole way through I’m 61 and had to stop three times only for like a minute great work out thanks so much for providing it
How do you best start off with this training? By doing the exercises with support/wrong coordination or by doing breaks? At 3:54 I'm already out of breath because I haven't been exercising for quite some time.
I've been searching for a video like this, like, i cant do my own workout routine, dont know with what to begin, and with what to end, but since this video is here, it helps alot, now i can finally do this everyday and obtain better results
Inspired by another comment.. I will be updating my daily performance. Day 1: Had to pause a lot of time. My posture was not good. My quarantined body sweat so mich. 6/10 Day 2: 6/10 Day 3: 7/10 Day 4: 7/10 Day 5: Missed it. Body wasn't ready. Day 6: 7/10 AFTER A 3 MONTHS BREAK DAY 1. SWEATING LIKE A PIG. 5/10.
Decent workout. Been doing this one mixed with your new 20 minute one everyday for the last 3 weeks. Amazing results and feel good after! In a routine now where I cant get in the shower without doing it lol.
Let's goooo starting this workout: Day 1: sweating so much and my legs are just dead let's keep going! Day 2: sweating so much can't breath but I feel a *little* less tired than yesterday 2 weeks and it becomes a habit let's keep going! Day 3: in the past 2 days I couldn't finish the mountain climbers at the end today I did it!!! Was very hard, when it will become easier I will add some exercises so let's gooo!! Day 4: sweating like usual I finished it all like yesterday, and slowly but surely I will get to the point where ill just think to myself "this was the best decision of my life" Day 5: yesterday I did the excersise but I didn't have time to write about it, it was so hard but I can still keep going! Day 6: just finished feeling so tired (again) but every time I see a little improvement tomorrow is a week and it flew by so fast Day 7: starting to feel easier and easier added some pull ups and it's already been a week... Day 8: still having a hard time in the workout added some pull ups like yesterday and i have to keep going! Day 9: done Day 10: done!!! Day 11: done Day 12: done Day 13:can still keep going, getting to be much easier soon I will make it much harder Day 14: Already 2 weeks in yessss The workout is still hard for me so I won't add some, after exercises My body looks stronger not by alot but still stronger my goal: don't stop working out untill one month in!!! Day 15: the workout is still very though for me, but I can see some small improvements let's keep going!! I felt for the past 2 days not so good so I didn't practice but I'll be back for tomorrow! Day 16: feels so good to practice again I am back stronger then before I can see kind of some abs showing but ill have to train some more for it to show Day 17: today I did some chinups instead I am trying to do my first muscle up and I'm getting closer to it every day day 18: I did 8 min abs workout and some legs workout before the actual workout (how many times I'm going to say workout) and I feel exhausted and tired but it was worth it day 18!!! Let's gooo Day 19: yesterday didn't have time to workout well... Shit bit today I have done and it was actually not that hard Day 20: same number as my likes woohoo, still tough getting much better and I can see abs showing and a little change in the legs let's gooo Day 21: I'm missing on writing but I'm still doing the workout I also try some other 20 min workouts to spice some things up Day 22: done. Much easier than before Day 23: also done Day 24: still sweating at the end but almost getting to the point where I will have to add some other excersise to keep it challenging Day: 25 done and... well... You know the rest Day 26: feels great to workout out let's keep going!
My Progress: I feel happier after doing these exercises. Though I have a doubt. I am lean(thin) and want to put on muscle mass. Would this workout be helpful for me? Day 0: Gave up in 10 minutes. Legs pained like hell and ran out of breath incessantly Day 1: Did until 12 minutes. Legs dint pain as much Day 2: Skipped Day 3: Skipped Day: 4: Pulled off the first 14 minutes. Then Gave up. Felt strength in arms and cores as compared to Day 0. Day 5: Pulled off till 16 minutes. Then gave up. Struggling with the fast movements of the leg exercises. Day 6: Pulled off till 16 minutes. Feeling good overall. Day 7: Survived till 16:30 minutes. Did a glute 5 min workout post this. Day 8: Skipped Day 9: Did till 18:30 minutes today. This def improves with time! Day 10: Did till 18:30. Same as before. Day 11: Done Day 12: Skipped Day 13: Did till 18 minutes. Comfortable with the exercises now.
htf is this guy barely breaking a sweat? I'm dying over here. Like I can do the full thing no stops, but then I'm so exhausted I lie in a heap for like half an hour before I can get up!
Yesterday I completed it in 45mins... Today it took me just 35mins. Though the workout is only of 20mins and i know can reach that time limit too... Just keep progressing
Alright, the guy ahdamirji impressed me so I'm starting counting (i did it couple times already but..) day 1 feels good day 2 doesn't feel bad (I did it couple times before I started counting) day 3 sorry I didn't post but it was football cardio day 4 done, feeling pain after football
🙏💪 God bless
Keep going!
78 years old :0 thats acc amazing keep going
I want to be like you
Dayı yavaş

Very difficult but I got through it! I wouldn't ever be able to do this a year ago.
That being said, forearm pushups?? Excuse me? I thought my wrists were gonna snap by the 3rd one so I just continued with regular pushups lol. I'm impressed by everyone who can do those
Thanks for the vid! I will continue and hopefully get through the whole thing with ease and better form
God Bless You Fraser Wilson 👍
Vc é demais cara eu amo seus treino
I do it twice a week during my day off, as a marathoner, my main workout is running. it`s like a tailor made this routine
I workout your routine for the past week and I am getting fit
How often do you recommend doing this
Also I love this workout
Prakeet Reddy if u train only at home you could do this also 6 times a week
Check the description 💪
Fraser Wilson ok thanks
And thanks for the heart
Hell yah boys first one done. Gonna keep this workout on my wall thank you very much man. 🤙🏾🤙🏾
Trying to get back into shape. Day one this kicked my butt... I’ll let you know in 30 days how I do.
God damn I’m sweating!! Great video man thank you!!
should i just repeat this workout every day, or change up the movements?
Should I eat directly after it?
Who else take some rest while he does the knee jumps?
Marco Vidor instead of taking a break substitute with full body squats or calf jumps. Or lunges just don’t rest.
Do i need a mirror to do this?
effective
Gonna do this workout everyday, will update you guys with the results
Day 1: I'm sweating so much, this workout really worked my legs, i'm not exactly sore, but I can't stand, like seriously, can't even take a piss lol
Day 2: Sweating a lot again, still hard on my legs and i'm having trouble standing again (those squat jumps always kill me), started feeling my abs and shoulders being worked too
Day 3: Sweating again as expected, this workout is still killing my chicken legs, but i'm beginning to notice my stamina and endurance are improving, i'm also beginning to notice my upper and mid abs showing, fr though this can also be considered a cardio workout cause i'm actually sweating so much
also forgot to mention this but this workout is actually pretty fun, like i'm enjoying doing all these different exercises that target different muscles and the music really gets me going
Day 4: Couldn't do the workout today due to personal reasons, but ended up doing a decent amount of push ups to make up for it, hope to get back on the grind tomorrow
Day 5: Done, sweating, legs aren't as bad before, I can feel my legs getting more use to the workout, definitely felt my shoulders and abs being worked, overall, a success
Day 6: Done
Day 7: Decided to do Chin Ups instead today since I have to work my biceps too

Day 30: Done
My one month review, overall the results are great, this workout will really challenge you in the beginning, however, it is also a lot of fun and I enjoy working out, this is a really good way to start off with working out, especially if you can't afford gym. I will recommend to include bicep workouts in your routine like I did with Chin Ups, as this workout doesn't exactly tackle those muscles. Trust me guys, the results are great, start doing this, you won't regret it.

Day 1: sweating so much and my legs are just dead let's keep going!
Day 4: sweating like usual I finished it all like yesterday, and slowly but surely I will get to the point where ill just think to myself "this was the best decision of my life"
Day 5: yesterday I did the excersise but I didn't have time to write about it, it was so hard but I can still keep going!
Day 6: just finished feeling so tired (again) but every time I see a little improvement tomorrow is a week and it flew by so fast
Day 7: starting to feel easier and easier added some pull ups and it's already been a week...
Day 8: still having a hard time in the workout added some pull ups like yesterday and i have to keep going!
Day 9: done
Day 10: done!!!
Day 11: done
Day 12: done
Day 13:can still keep going, getting to be much easier soon I will make it much harder
Day 14: Already 2 weeks in yessss
The workout is still hard for me so I won't add some, after exercises
My body looks stronger not by alot but still stronger my goal: don't stop working out untill one month in!!!
Day 15: the workout is still very though for me, but I can see some small improvements let's keep going!!
I felt for the past 2 days not so good so I didn't practice but I'll be back for tomorrow!
Day 16: feels so good to practice again I am back stronger then before I can see kind of some abs showing but ill have to train some more for it to show
Day 17: today I did some chinups instead I am trying to do my first muscle up and I'm getting closer to it every day
day 18: I did 8 min abs workout and some legs workout before the actual workout (how many times I'm going to say workout) and I feel exhausted and tired but it was worth it day 18!!! Let's gooo
Day 19: yesterday didn't have time to workout well... Shit bit today I have done and it was actually not that hard
Day 20: same number as my likes woohoo, still tough getting much better and I can see abs showing and a little change in the legs let's gooo
Day 21: I'm missing on writing but I'm still doing the workout I also try some other 20 min workouts to spice some things up
Day 22: done. Much easier than before
Day 23: also done
Day 24: still sweating at the end but almost getting to the point where I will have to add some other excersise to keep it challenging
Day: 25 done and... well... You know the rest
Day 26: feels great to workout out let's keep going!

Amazing and great workout
htf is this guy barely breaking a sweat? I'm dying over here.
Like I can do the full thing no stops, but then I'm so exhausted I lie in a heap for like half an hour before I can get up!
Dude is it normal to get a really bad headache after?
The workout is great. The music is pure horror. Set in on mute and enjoy 20 Minutes of great exercises.
My 150k prediction by May is starting to look spot on 🤩
You're a prophet brother 🤩
Yesterday I completed it in 45mins...
Today it took me just 35mins.
Though the workout is only of 20mins and i know can reach that time limit too...
Just keep progressing
