    To everyone who needs to hear this: If you're not strong enough to do the exercises perfectly, or have to take extra breaks, remember that this is still infinitely better than not doing the workout at all!

      How are you doing guys? I usually did it for almost 2 weeks but failed. I decided to not skip a single day no matter what happended or how I felt, now I'm starting the 5th week, and today it was easy, by the way...

    • @Blentux
      @Blentux 2 года назад

      @@javierlandry7246 I can do it in 11 minutes with two short breaks in between. I'm not doing it everyday, more like every two days, but I can't manage to even do that. So for now it's mostly once or twice a week that I'm doing it. Not reguarly unfortunately. I lost much of my progress/stamina because of this. My goal is to do it every two days. Now I'm working on being able to do this in "real time" and after that, I'll continue with the 20 minutes workout video. I've been able to do that as well, but for now I'm not ready for it. Maybe in a few days or in a week. I'm struggling the most with doing it on a regular base.
      But in general, it gets easier with every time of doing it, that's the good thing :)

I also noticed that my abs get bigger but still have fat on my belly, but it still gets smaller after i stopped eating chips/ mac donalds/ chocolate every day.
      Drinking water and eating healty helps you stimulate your body to get faster in a better shape, like giving a boost.

    A small suggestion, maybe you can make a more “audio friendly” version of the video? Eg:
    - make a 3-5s beep at the end of each workout to prepare for the change
    - before the new workout, name it (before the beeps)
    This would be very handy to follow along but without looking at the phone (which creates an unwanted break)
    Great workout!

      Motivation comes later. Create the discipline to do what you need to do to get what you want. Seriously, sometimes that means simply going through the motions until your form the habit. Once you have formed the habit you can apply motivation. Motivation does not last, Discipline does.
      Dont mean to go all Tony Robbins on you but after each workout take, at minimum, 5 minutes to sit and reflect on how good it feels to have done something you said you were gonna do despite no one forcing you to do it... you have to attach good feelings to the things you want to incorporate into your life otherwise you'll relapse.
      Good luck
