Just to say this is a perfect routine for those of us in flats / apartments. So many routines require jumping or running which would anger my neighbours downstairs. Thanks for this!!
I was 15 when I started doing this workout everyday and could barely keep up with the video even with pauses between exercises, it's been either a month or two (didn't count the days). I'm 16 now and can do it without any pauses or major form breaks. Now I'm in the habit of exercising (though I can't say I didn't skip some days) and gathering equipment to start going to the gym before school. This definetly works, it's beginner friendly and you memorise the routine so fast you only need the music to tell you when to stop at a certain point which is good if you can't be bothered to move your phone so you can see it every other position. Sincerely, thank you for making this video, it's changed my life and I'm sure it will continue to change other's as well.

Because no matter if I’ve got 2 hours before school or 45 minutes I HAVE TIME TO DO IT. *Bonus:* No comments about pushing yourself or “you can do it”s that fall flat and feels patronising. Just a simple workout starting immediately. LOVE IT!
Just know that this body wasn't built doing these kinds of routines but took a lot of good nutrition and probably lifting weights or calisthenics for around 2 hours every 4/5 days

Proper diet and training can do miracles, if you do it the right way. It's not 70% diet, 30% training, it's 100% dedication to both. I train at home cause gyms are closed in my town. The workout plan I'm currently following is from Next Level Diet, and meal plan also. I lost 7lbs in three weeks (mostly fat). If anyone knows some other app or site for diet, feel free to recommend so I can try when I'm done with this one. This one rocks but I like to experiment haha

I did it while my lower leg was on the floor...bent - some of us will hurt ourselves trying to do EXACT positions. End up in the ER or something like that...lol! Otherwise, this is a great video!

As a 6ft 1 guy who is over 110+ kg, hasn't done a single workout ever, this workout was the most difficult set of movements I have ever done, couldn't even finish the last one. I'm going to keep doing this everyday, I need to get into shape, I'm tired of being the fat wholesome guy.
Needed a workout cuz I felt lazy / sleepy in morning when I have to study for exam. Safe to say I feel much more energetic afte this. Good for the exam season small workout.
