Hey Fraser. I’ve been following your abs workouts for nearly a year and have reached goals I never even dreamed of. I just have a question about training abs because I am looking to still keep improving them. Do you also need to add weight to abs exercises to build a more impressive six pack or are body weight exercises enough. I'm super impressed how balanced this is for the whole body. Has integrated stretching in it which is so important to limit future injuries. As well as lower back workouts I've not seen before. As well as an exercise that both stretches the upperback and has body weight resistance. This was perfect!
I got my diet plan from *Agoge Diet* and lost 2kg in just 10 days. So far, so good. Can't wait to see numbers on scale after 20 more days. I am so excited about this.

I just have to thank you for helping me over the last two years. I have followed everything you have said about how to exercise and what exercises I should do. I try to do at least one to three of your videos every day, and I have seen a big change now since when I started.

Start weight 67kg/ 148lbs
Goal weight 60kg/ 132lbs
Day 1: it was my first time doin a workout felt exhausted at the end

@@babatunde7576 nah got tired from writing it but I did it for 1 month then switched to gym and took 5g of creatine I'm now at 63kg, I definitely lost some fat and gained lil bit of muscle. My belly got flatter in the first month but since then no improvements (switched to gym stopped doing the workout)

Hey, so I’m a 14-year-old boy who wants to build lots of muscle. The genetics from my parents make me scrawny and weak, so it’s extremely difficult to build muscle for me, on top of my body still developing. I’m starting to do this workout + 10 min mobility beforehand 5 days a week. Will I eventually start to grow my muscles if I commit to this plan?
