Hey Cheryl, thanks for your lovely comment. This video is titled “unboxing” after all, so I’m not sure how you interpreted it as anything different. Shokz headphones are easy to use and come with easy instructions. You simply power on the headset (clearly shown in the product instructions) and pair with your phone via Bluetooth.
