Allulose is my favorite sweetner, but it does brown more quickly and can cause the burnt looking result you got. When the top gets golden lay a sheet of aluminum foil loosely over the pan to prevent "burning". Don't tuck the aluminum down or you will steam the baked good.
some research shows that allulose may promote the growth of certain bacteria associated with poor effects on gut health. In either case, allulose could cause GI symptoms of discomfort, gas or bloating similar to those with other sugar substitutes. Moderation is always the key.
Mine came out like pudding. I did add flaxseed instead of the coconut flour. Tip for everyone…add some of that pumpkin spice to the cream cheese. It takes this whole thing to another level. Ugh my sister and I almost ate the entirety of the frosting. So delicious

I love your videos. When using the parchment paper, please stop spraying the dish with oil. The point of parchment paper is to have less mess. If you don't want the parchment paper to move, you can flip it over to the side where it will lay or crumble it up into a ball and spread it out. It will stay when you start putting whatever on it and you don't move it a lot.
My daughter is allergic to almonds and cinnamon. I would love to know how to use oat flour instead? I know oat flour isn’t low carb. Or using all coconut flour. I really want to get back into low carb, but it’s really hard making two meals yes with groceries being so expensive. I have reverted to old ways of cooking.

I just popped this in the oven. My batter doesn’t look like yours-it’s thicker. I used frozen pumpkin purée and it was so wet I strained it. I also ran out of allulose (got a little more than 1/4 cup) so used to Splenda Magic Baker Brown to taste. The batter tastes really good-not too sweet (the icing will add sweetness) I used a glass bread pan and Alexa said to,lower oven temp by 25 deg when using glass 🤞 Taking this to a Grange supper tonight. We Grange ladies love our desserts so I’m hoping it goes over well 🙃
Alexa lies. Had to bake an EXTRA half hour to get this to cook thoroughly. Also the parchment paper kinda messed up the loaf shape. It’s cracked in several places and a little burned on the bottom. BUT…..it STILL tastes AMAZING. The texture is perfect. I’m going to make this again and use a metal pan and no parchment. I also only used a little more than half of the cream cheese and powdered swerve-I normally don’t like erythritol but it’s what I had. I found that by adding a splash of fresh lemon juice and grated rind it takes away that weird cooling effect erythritol has.
YUMM! I was looking for a good pumpkin almond four recipe. Maybe I'm a glutton for the cream cheese, when I make it I don't pour in over top the loaf, I cut the slices then pour it over the face of the slices. 😁😁🙏🙏

My frosting didn’t come out like yours. :( I used the same cream cheese and super soft (room temperature ) whisked with sugar and vanilla extract and nothing. It tasted good but it didn’t spread as good as yours. Did you add milk? I saw the milk carton.

The recipe says add unsweetened almond milk to thin. I would add by teaspoonfuls til you get the right consistency.
